What is the present preferred browser for playing hentaiverse on? Chrome, Firefox, Iron, Canary, Opera, Netscape Navigator, Safari... something else?

I upgraded my Iron (Not the Portable version) to v42 two days ago. It's noticeably faster than the previous versions of Iron.

it's been reported that FRD may be very useful with shade DW/2H, iirc...

I would say that if you're at the point where it's starting to feel expensive, then it's probably a good time to spend your credits elsewhere. Remember that it takes around 5 million credits to max Adept Learner, so you'll probably want to take a break from it sooner or later. Maybe get it up to 200 for that nice round number and then stop? How much is this worth? I think I'm gonna sell this and go for a Rapier instead... not sure why, but everyone says Rapiers >>> Clubs for 1H. I guess it is because 1H gets stunning automatically through block.

Bazaar fodder.

Rapiers proc Penetrated Armor which greatly increases the damage you can inflict. Stun isn't useful for 1h because you actually want them to attack you so you can counter-attack.

Did anyone else find installing extensions in Iron v29 to be a pain. I had to download the crx files from the web store, unpack them, and repack them without locales or metadata folders. Here is hoping no flicker will make up for slower speeds. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Since acouple people have expressed interest, here is how I modified some extensions to work with older versions of Iron and Chrome.
1. Download the crx files using a newer version of chrome and [chrome.google.com] this extension
2. Rename the file from a .crx to a .zip and extract to a folder
3. Delete the "_locales" and "_metadata" folders. The older versions hate underscores (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
4. Edit the "manifest.json" file (open with notepad) and delete the line that looks like

CODE

"default_locale": "en",

or something similar. This stops it from looking for the locales folder we deleted in step 3.
4. In the older version of Iron/Chrome, navigate to the extension page and turn on Developer mode (checkbox at the top)
5. Click on pack extension
6. Set root directory (folder in which your images and manifest file exist)
7. Pack extension. Don't worry if it complains about a crx file already existing, it will be overwriten.
8. Drag-n-drop your newly packed crx file to the extension page to install
and you're done (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif)

will magic explosion occur when i melee wind strike a monster that currently has cold bebuff due to cold spike shield?

or does magic explosion only occurs when i cast spells and not melee?

Actually...maybe imperil mage isnt bad. I checked my set and overall result is even a bit lower than Emax (without any additional prof, because my base near 200). And still i can spend something like 3.5-4 turns for imperil (3+resist) and kill all in 3 shots.

I can forge 3 prof cotton, but my edb d down to 170. Actually its quite low. So not only i lose 2x damage from reduced mmi, but also almost half of my edb. After that even without imperil my clear speed d be not so low. Good prof build looks quite expensive compare to my current set. With 2 Lmax prof, 50x forge and prof perk i could get same result as current imperil...probably (and only for some time before i lvl up without soulbinding, because prof is extremely scale sensitive).

PA itself should be enough. if you also add imperil you *may* note a further reduction, but at least for ordinary mobs it's not so relevant. maybe now that you can carry unlimited potions you may want to try it for the higher-ups (SG marathons, dragons and gods)
