My stat allocation are:

Strength 234
Dexterity 224
Agility 190
Endurance 170
Intelligence 110
Wisdom 120

I play 1h with heavy. (my Equipment is below average,eg. not even using rapier because can't find a good one).
Giving me effective
30.6% Block
22% Parry

Hopefully this wasn't ask earlier but

What level do I need to be to survive PFUDOR RE comfortably and am I allocating my stats the wrong way?

Thanks

STR and DEX are too forward, don't let END lag.

Have you unlocked silence? What's your PMI?
It's over 100 levels between me and you so I cannot figure out whether your block and parry is decent enough.

Protection first, then do health and mana draughts. Haste and Regen follow, whichever order you're comfortable with. Mana potion here. SOL if you have it, then spam mobs with deprecating spell; weaken and sleep if you don't have silence (I actually forgot, is it sleep first or silence first?). Spirit stance on 80%-100% overcharge, then Heartseeker. Bash bash bash, you win!

Rush spirit shield if you haven't unlocked it, it improves your survivability by leaps and bound. But since it's single round mode, I don't think it matters much, just time your potion, cure, and full-cure.

reduce your agi than increase your end (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Combine plate and power if you still cannot survive RE (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Weaken and silence can help you if you still KO in PFU RE (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Thank you clarkiest for quick reply

Yes I have silence otherwise dead very quickly lol

PMI is at 53.1%

Pretty much do exactly like what you say but I'm too weak and end up dead super quick. Manage to fluke it once at lower level when I first got SoL but then as I level it seems to be getting much harder thats why I asked the question.

Hmm Spirit sheild thats level 200 I think, I will see what I can do there then.

Once again thanks for advice, I will boost up my endurance.

300+ at least. I'm 250 and cannot even do Nintendo comfortable. It mainly depends on your gear I suppose...

Edit: Also depends on your definition of "comfortable" lol. I just tried a PFUDOR and almost cleared it, but I had to use a bunch of consumables. Which the inner merchant in me dislikes. :/

Yeah my AGI was high because I was on light armor before. Gonna fix that

Already have mix of plates and power (can't seem to get good one yet).

That is very helpful to know. Will need to train up quickly then.

But that is strange or more likely probably because i'm still < 200, I can do Nitendo RE very comfortably at my current lvl.

After level 200 the enemies get disproportionately tougher to defeat.

Yeah I know, thats why I'm concerned about not being able to do PF

However after reading your posts it means likely I will begin to struggle with Nintendo RE after 200.

I want to do high level RE for better drops. But for some reason my best drop was on normal difficulty (my only magnificient ever) and pretty much all my equipment comes from the shrine.

BTW I heard that the mobs power level get capped after a certain level, is this true?

If clearing PFUDOR-RE is your target, you can safely do that with 1H+Shade/Leather. No matter what your level is, it's the safest build right now.

Thanks tetron

That is very interesting to know, I was on 1H+Shade/Leather (prepatched armor) until I was forced to change after the patch (equipment became obsolete due to scaling). Maybe I will try it again to see what happens.

EDIT:

Lol yup probably won't be trying PF RE until after 300+

Just tried again pretty much worst try yet (mobs scaling are getting much worse for me even at my low level):

It went from protection then dead ( use to be able to act least get SoL and run out of spirit)

RFLMAO but man that durability decrease is killing me the most.

Thanks everyone for all your help and advice.

I suggest trying to buy a Emax force shield. They cost about 50k-100k and will give you close to 36% block. The 5% extra block should help alot.

Thanks gilf

I use to have a force shield but from my experience I'm still not comfortable using force shield, the interference plays with my mana usage a bit too much.

But after my recent try at PF RE I realised that I need to train a lot more to even survive the the first hit now (I've gain a few level between my last two attempts and saw that the mobs are hitting harder than ever now).

I know I need better equipment including force shield and finding a good rapier with better parry rating. But this is like a funny catch22 situtation where I want to do higher level RE to get better equipment but to do higher level RE I need to use better equipment.

Although I think I probably shouldn't hold my breath on drop since from all my RE drop on Nitendo the best I can get is Superior after the patch (for some reason RE seems to drop more pots and crystals than equipment now, it could be me just imagining things again).

I believe this is true to some extent, but low level simply didn't have enough health an proficiency to deal with pf swarm of spells, and you can't just cover it using spam potion like in 0.81

I think you need some luck to do pf pre lvl 200, if it contains 4/5 monsters its still doable though strugling

and I think you could sanely start PFRE around 222 as long as you don't meet 9 giant or celestial or undead it's doable. Using scrolls like protection scroll instead of "wasting" your first turn casting protection and got attacked might help too.

around lvl 250-275 might be the start comfortably done pu rf possible with "any equipment". and post 280 should be the start of possibility to do 20 round+ pf arenas - I'm talking in sane equipment set scenario.

As long as your equipment and proficiencies also progress along your level I don't think that you'll start struggling with nintendo RE after lvl 200, in fact it should getting easier. But at some point you might feel something like "why the monsters seems taking longer time to kill now?" but it's nothing major that makes you struggling too much.

Thank Fudo Masamune for the great info.

Yeah you could luck out doing PF RE at super low level.

But another one of the reason I'm asking now is because I still have some old potions (lesser, greater, etc).

So actually before they get permanantly removed from game you can just load up one pot of each type (lesser, greater, etc) to each slot if you have them and you can sort of potion spam although I think they are not as strong as new potion due to 50% scaled down from mem. (EDIT: Also just to add lesser, greater or whatever of the old pots actually seem to all do the exact same effectiveness after the patch)

Anyways thanks so much for the info, I will try using more scrolls to improve my performance. I already can feel the "why mobs take longer to kill, why am I clearing the arena slower even though mobs don't hurt me as much" even at my level in comparison to when I was like level 100.
