That's only for new equips. Their PXP is too low, that's why their price is so low.

Even at full condition, I mostly sell when fully repaired. There are a few others who reported this as well. Everything superior and below is now less than 200 credits, while it used to go up to 500+ credits.

- All consumables EXCEPT for the old retired potion types had their sale value divisor increased from 5 to 25. This should partially balance out the increase in equipment sell value due to the increase in average equipment quality, and allows a higher value to be placed on the new potions.

It states consumables so I think it's safe to assume it doesn't apply to equipment. Something has definitely changed when it comes to their price though. Meanwhile it also states increased sell value due to higher equip quality, but that doesn't seem quite true yet.

Use as much within 29 days as you can since new potions are expensive, especially those with both instant refill and regen effects. Selling back does not compare even close to the benefit of getting all the mileage you can from your old potions to get new ones as drops and credit to buy more.

All you need to do is reassign your stats and re-equip if you want to play. People over at the release notes thread figured out a handy way to enter big stat changes from the browser console instead of clicking point by point. But if you don't want to play then by all means sell the things.

Is everyone jumping ship to dual wield now?

You can use item in the same slot for every 50 turns.
