Are random artefacts better sold or offered at low levels and low incomes?

Well, they're sold for 10k+ each. For players under level 200 who likely would be very happy to have even just 50k, you're probably better off selling them. (Artifact rewards, after shrining, are also somewhat more difficult to sell than the artifacts themselves - and you don't need the stat bonuses yet)

I'm playing with DW since lvl 100 until retired in xmas 2013 , so I'm quite familiar with DW (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
Heavy DW can deal more damage than light DW but consume more MP and get more hit from SGs (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

While there no problem for end of days and eternal darkness arena , you will face that problem above for PFU DwD (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
You will need cast weaken/silence alot to reduce SP draining while DW light can stun and evade it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

The PMI have no meaning in SG arena. It will hit your SP pool anyway. Just kill faster and faster to lower your MP/SP consumption. If I remember correctly, you have a full set of old power of protection that do not have critical damage bonus. I think you better use power armor with critical damage bonus. The different is significant. I had switched all old power to new power immediately after the power armor got critical damage. Even an exq one is better than an old mag.
BTW, I only use that build for a short time. The rapier I used for that build already salvaged for credits (and become material of my current staff).

If I play as DW now, I will go for rapier + waki of nimble + Shade. This is the cheapest working build IMO. I only have shade of Fleet currently. No credits to get shadowdancer. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

Have already tested it (rapier/waki of nimble/shade), the killing speed is okay, not slower than 2H.

I won't buy anything that worth more than 1/10 of my account's total worth now. It is too risky. I still remember when the stun and melee nerfed (OC do not give extra damage and stunned opponent do not receive extra damage). My mace that cost all of my credits at that moment become useless. (all melee only have <1/3 damage right after the patch). And I left HV for more than a year.

Thats mostly why im doing pf arenas. Its solid exp, tokens and some chance to get equip sometimes.

staff, cap, robe, pants have MDB, EDB, INT, WIS maxed, evade almost maxed.
gloves, shoes ~34

phase are all Mag max roll on EDB with pretty good INT/WIS/Evade. Some are old and don't have AGI and/or Resist. One is really old and has DEX.

And no Imperil. I only play GF as high as I can without Imperil, because it would be a waste of time otherwise.

Tried all 3.

1 and 2 require a balance rapier with forged accuracy (100% offhand chance) to reach the killing speed speed of 3.
It is because 1 & 2 have to rely on offhand strike to infect PA. And low parry/speed require much more healing.

Mainhand rapier give a very high chance of PA; offhand waki of nimble give very high parry, and some attack speed bonus. Making the most balanced setup.
This build do not really need a rapier of slaughter on main hand. A rapier of balance will do. The overall speed is more or less the same.
When defense is no longer an issue, you can also switch to waki of balance for higher offhand chance.

Of course, you may still go for 1 & 2 in late game. When forging cost is not an issue.

Yep. Tried and Tested successfully. But there's a catch. Good Nimble-Rapiers are very very rare. Most of the time the Parry roll of a Nimble-Rapier turns out to be crap.
Good choices should be like these:
Medium Good: Magnificent Ethereal Rapier of the Nimble
Very Good: Legendary Ethereal Rapier of the Nimble

Defeating bosses used to be an epic rare occurrence... Legacy was only Random Encounters with a basic ability point and training page in the control panel. Training looked like this then, and I was the only one who ever maxed everything (if you don't consider the impossible Atonement):

It was so hard to get credits back then. The only decent way was through uploading for GP, which was also much less than now (C/GP is comparable, but the site population has gone up exponentially.) This original training would only take a few days of grinding in HV... I think this screencap was from the very beginning of HV though, before the trainings were revamped. Pack Rat was added at the very start of HV IIRC.

I think the only other person I still see around from those times is Tenseigamoon Sesshomaru Moon.

thanks but no. I feel uneasy in borrowing important equips (afraid of oops-bazaaring) & when i'm inactive (currently) it's pointless. Better to have full ownership so they're ready in need.
I appreciate speed than crit damage because sws is the only pa source (&stun/emergency defense via frd), to increase turns in those. Slightly lesser damage with more pa turns is better than hard hitting in lesser duration because the prior gives more oc to chain.
