Can anyone tell me what I should do to get hold greater difficulty, Hell is the greatest difficulty that I can play in the Arena.

Fighting style is much more important than stat distribution. At your level, you need more defense. This most easily comes from switching to 1h. (I assume you're using DW / light armor right now) For non-1h to be able to fight on high difficulty, the player needs quite a high level (for level scaling and abilities to provide more innate defense), usually as well as Shade armor with good evade.

For 1h to work best on high difficulty, you need a rapier as well, since none of the other weapon procs come close to the effectiveness of PA. Look for an exquisite prefixed Rapier of Slaughter with 3 PABs, decent weapon damage, and not-too-terrible PA chance.

You'll probably find that 1h + light armor is giving you more than enough defense, and has very low attack power. To make up for this, switch to Heavy armor with 3 or 4 Power Slaughter and 1 or 2 (Shielding) Plate of Protection. Power Slaughter heavy armor will drastically increase your damage.

I own several Superior and Exquisite equipment that does not use, which is a good destination for them?

Unless it's Exquisite+ Power Slaughter or Rapier of Slaughter, it's unlikely to be worth the trouble of trying to sell it. Best to Bazaar everything.

Well, heavy armor has a lot of burden, so you don't get much attack speed bonus from bonus agility, so agility points can drop to a level just above Intel.

Yes, Bazaar is equipment shop. There is a big button that says "Bazaar". (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Daily non-schoolgirl arenas on page 2 on as high a difficulty you can manage is the best way to earn credits quickly. Once you level up a little bit more and gain 1h/heavy proficiency, you should be able to do IWBTH or PFUDOR on all of them without much trouble.

Say I want to be able to play PF DwD as dark or holy mage, since I really want to play it but melee takes way too long. What sort of gear would I need? I'd think 5 phase would be the best because Imperil will be used, but then what? Think Mmax EDB + 5 forge on each would be enough firepower? I'm hoping damage perks aren't essential.

Then there's staff... as holy, I'd guess H Katalox Destruction staff would be best because there's already enough EDB, though it'd be quite pricey. Holy also has Ether Theft, which would be a great way to avoid tapping - so I'm more tempted to Holy, even though Dark would be cheaper.

I still need to get to 400 for T3 CD ability to make things most efficient, but hopefully that's not too far off.

What do you guys think?

Damage-wise you'll be fine. MagNet on the schoolgirls is also extremely useful, like tetron wrote. Survivability-wise, if you can handle the non-schoolgirl arenas on PFUDOR then you should have an idea of what to expect. I recommend taking it slow for the first couple of runs to get a feel of how much you need to Ether Tap/Theft versus how many potions you need to use.

For the sake of comparison, I was clearing PFUDOR DwD in my 360s using unforged (albeit legendary) wind equipment. I can't remember which damage perks I had, but it wasn't more than DD1 for sure. The first few damage perks are overrated anyway.

If you already have the phase but are missing the staff, then maybe you could find someone to lend you one before committing?

Someone tried rapier of nimble? It has quite lower adb, but at the same time with forge for me its near 38% parry (near 65% total parry). Quite solid amount.

Im just thinking about changing my exq rapier, but good one cost huge amount. Something with good proc/parry already expensive.

well , estoc forge lvl is different in the past (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
that estoc had nearly 3100 WD with 96 slaughter , 5 butcher and bunch of PaB ugrade (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I used one for a while. When you want to start increasing your damage (ie. when you have enough defenses), it is cheapest to upgrade weapon since it has such a high ADB. This means you probably need to change back to "of slaughter".

If you need more defense, and can't afford an expensive shield, then nimble is a cheap substitute.

To Kill a God and Eve of Death only have schoolgirls in the final round. End of Days, Eternal Darkness, and A Dance with Dragons eventually have schoolgirls every round. That's why the latter three have the distinction of "schoolgirl arenas" while the others don't.

After IA 1 and 2, I'd go for VV if you're mage, RR if you play mostly GF, or if neither, IA3 followed by VV. Increasing max MP just doesn't help all that much, except a bit in GF, but RR > EE in that situation.

yup. i'm using this one as offhand in one of my backups shade sets. since it's DW/PA we're speaking about, i suggest you to forge its accuracy to raise offhand chance. on the other hand, if we're speaking about 1H i would think of it as cheap way to reach PA without being able to buy a rapier of slaughter, as m118 said

All of the top 1h equipment are so expensive that I cannot afford the upgrade. Still using exq power armor (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)
And my rapier is only 5 forge . (in my signature)

What can I use low-grade materials for? Take the case of LG cloth:

- it's probably not worthwhile to upgrade Exq/Mag phase, which would have used a small qty of LG cloth.

- if using cotton, it makes sense to go for Leg cotton, which doesn't require LG cloth

- it seems that nobody's buying LG cloth. In fact, the buy price seems to be at 100 credits, which is also the bazaar buy price for scrap.

Binding of slaughter is not the main problem for our level TBH. At least we can get 90% back from salvaging equipment. The main problem is the catalyst. 10k each is a bit........
