The 80% Cap is for the Attribute Stats Bonus only. Meaning, the PMI and MMI you get from AGI (PMI) / END (PMI) / WIS (MMI) will not increase after they reache 80%. After that, only the PMI/MMI stats in your Armors can grant you more mitigation bonus.

Yes for me. By having 195ish acc i still get evade rolls. By assuming people use'em at high difficulty & the price is @200c, dunno if tolerating 1/hour is worth it, bad at math.

How are the chaos upgrades applied anyway? E.g. With 40% evade + sv = 60% then fight full chaosed mob, will it be 48%?

Say I want to be able to play PF DwD as dark or holy mage, since I really want to play it but melee takes way too long. What sort of gear would I need? I'd think 5 phase would be the best because Imperil will be used, but then what? Think Mmax EDB + 5 forge on each would be enough firepower? I'm hoping damage perks aren't essential.

Then there's staff... as holy, I'd guess H Katalox Destruction staff would be best because there's already enough EDB, though it'd be quite pricey. Holy also has Ether Theft, which would be a great way to avoid tapping - so I'm more tempted to Holy, even though Dark would be cheaper.

I still need to get to 400 for T3 CD ability to make things most efficient, but hopefully that's not too far off.

For SG Runs at higher difficulty, you'll find MagNet unexpectedly Good. It gives 100% counter-resist. For attempting SG runs with a Full Phase Build, it comes in very handy.
