hi, so i would like to know what range of stats make a weapond decent
for example how much strenght should a weapond have ...
A few things to consider:
Type - Rapiers have PA, which is very important - it can let you do 2x or more damage to a target after 3 stacks. Neither stun (club) nor slashing weapons have anywhere near this killing power, on enemies with more than a little bit of HP, at least. Nearly anyone playing higher than Hell will be more effective with a rapier. (If 1h, rapier is only weapon. If DW, rapier is either mainhand or offhand, but not both)
Between levels 130 - 200 you may be noticing that monsters are suddenly becoming a whole lot harder than they were from 1-129. Having enough defense to survive becomes an even more important factor now. For that, it's good to switch to 1h, so you can have a shield, vastly increasing defenses and only slightly decreasing damage. 1h is probably the only real effective style between levels 150 and 300. (other styles are possible, they're just not very good in comparison - can't handle anywhere near as high a difficulty)
Attributes which make a weapon good are high ADB (at least "nearly Smax" is a good start), good parry (if weapon can have parry), prefix (essential - extra strike adds 25% damage or something), of Slaughter (essential for mainhand), or if offhand, of Nimble/Balance. Also try for all possible PABs, like Str Dex Agi with none missing - though the actual PAB stats aren't all that important as long as they're there. If mainhand rapier, PA chance should not be too low.
For your current weapons: club has no prefix, so better to find something else. Axe stats are good, but it's an axe, not a club or a rapier. (Club mainhand for DW is popular because the stun helps with defense, useful because DW has no shield to block damage. Slashing weapons aren't that good because Bleeding Wound is near useless...)

and also what stats should i look for when leveling weaponds?
and when should i use amnesia shards to try and look for different stats
Butcher is always nice, except on offhand weapon. Swift Strike is not good for 1h / heavy style (you might switch to heavy armor in the next 80 levels or so). Overpower is not good for 1h due to Overwhelming Strikes, but is good for all other styles.
I'm not sure what the "ideal" would be, but unless you have a large budget and a great weapon it's probably not worth worrying about since you can settle for "decent".
Until you can IW on IWBTH, it's not worth doing it yourself, since it just takes ages. Better to either put off IWing until later, or to have someone higher do IW for you.
