Anybody ever tried niten + radiant?

Niten with sup cotton of protection here. Just to bump up cloth proficiency while aiming for token drop upon arena completion. It's suck when I only got +1 proficiency after 100 rounds.

The main idea is carpet-bombing first then meleeing in cleanup. The dual full forged edb can reach 100ish at my level. Mobs' resist, spells cost, score, damage, etc etc are the problems. I'm interested in mana saving while meleeing.

A lot of people tried that. It is not bad. But not too good either.

Radiant exists? I thought that was an urban legend.

I was thinking one day of a dual elemental waki of the battlecaster + radiant. I think that could almost work. Not the best though, decent defensive stats, okay magical stats.

1. Yes, but too many competitors. You're not the one.
2. 1 set is enough.

That wakizashi has some worth. Not too high because maybe it's the most often dropped leg 1H, but not too small either since it's a leg of balance. The balance suffix is to help dual wielder (niten included) to hit with his offhand more often.

The katalox with proficiency suffix is, well, experimental weapon. People usually use damager staff with destruction suffix or elemental damage suffixes. So, it might hold some value if a player wish to find out what full blown proficiency bonus can make to their grinding routine.

One of the most important stats for offhand - Parry - is not even Smax. Perhaps that's the reason it was bazzared. It's not bad, just not great - someone looking for a non-Niten offhand to use would probably prefer rapier, and would prefer better parry, and would prefer Hallowed or Ethereal. (I think.)

Staff has no suffix, which means a huge loss in EDB, so trash.

Kind of defeats the purpose of being Radiant if the EDB is so bad.

Still waiting on that revolutionary equipment revamp...

Legendary Demonic Wakizashi of Slaughter? Not much, I'm afraid. Waki is only for offhand Niten, and offhand should generally be of Balance or of Nimble (since offhand's weapon damage is only half as effective as mainhand's weapon damage - Slaughter is not good). You could try selling it, but if I had it I'd just sell to bazaar.

Thank you for answering my question. I think I'll hang on to it, it was my very first, after all. I use it for farming with dual wielding, when rampaging though alot of arena's at normal/hard, It's alright when i'm bored of using Mace of slaughter.

Is it worth giving them to shrine?, because every time i gave them to shrine i only got crap, like cruel/fair/average stuff

That's par for the course. Unless you shine thousands, you're unlikely to find a worthwhile legendary. Better to sell extra trophies to other players.

Block is great, but the 17 burden will seriously cut into your crit chance. (-34%) I'd get a force shield instead - a decent one will have nearly the same amount of block (after forge) but next to no burden.

More Agility means more evade, which is very useful for mage. It's fine to keep Strength and Dexterity low though.

Staff looks good to use, for your level, but I don't think it's quite good enough to justify forging.

Armor should either be Phase or Demon-fiend (assuming you're Dark) (if you're encountering significant resists). Anything else is probably not worth the tradeoff.
