pretty much what colman said, plus:

3. block chance above all else. PABs on a second place, all the rest is appreciated but not so needed since mitigations will still process after block.

5. some people may prefer the WIS/SP boost granted by arcanist and/or the resist earnt with negation, so it's a bit subjective. but i'd say shadowdancer first, yes.
as for prefixes, personally i like savage. other important stats are the number of PABs, ADB, evade and resist, i guess

6. it's not so easy. even gossamers may be worth something, but only in certain cases - let's say flimsy, priestess, stone-skinned, shielding aura... surely nobody will run after a late average gossamer of protection, just saying.

7. tenboro stated about 15 minutes lists are auto-pruned, unless bazaar it's full so it will happen before that. though i'm quite sure i saw the very same average longsword of balance (and not only that) for quite some days...

Nobody understood my 7:th question, because no one did the problem must be with my question so I'll try to make it clearer. (The answers I did get on it where interesting too,but not what i was looking for.)

7. Does anyone know how long items stay in the ITEM SHOP (NOT EQUIPMENT SHOP) before they are bought by a item shop bot? I know it isn't instant since I've bought some quite valuable bindings there CHEAPLY that were bot demanded.(I checked)

Salvage and rebuy. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) But it also lock the equipment to your account.

7. as for item shop... i guess they are bought immediately (since you can see in credits log that your surplus credit is accredited instantaneously), unless there isn't any more requests: if shopbot asks for 10 noodlies and you sell 15, you will be credited for 10 and 5 will remain on item shop. i don't think there's any way to see how many are desired except by selling one by one though...

if it's for oldies, i guess you should be happy even if they aren't vanilla ones (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
i have a couple of forged as well, and there isn't too much to do for it...

Depends on armor type and whether you bought any IW'd gear, and on whether you got End on all your armor or not. (and hath perk, though unlikely) It varies, there's not exactly a "correct" answer. It's more informative to look at each of your gear and decide whether it's sufficient or not.

I feel the chance of dropping a legendary from noodly declined. I thought it used to be 1 in 20 now its like 1 in 60. Maybe its always been the same.

Whats the limit on reskilling attribute points? Is it 10/day or something?
Also wouldn't it be better for a pure mage to completly forgo STR+DEX?

According to the wiki:

for a mage STR is as useful as INT is for a melee - its only purpose is to raise SP tank.
DEX is still useful to raise parry chance a bit, apart for raising SP tank as well

Dexterity also raises physical accuracy, which is somewhat important for Ether Tapping. Strength is also useful for opportunistic Ether Taps when you see a monster with Coalesced Mana that is close to death. Every attribute has some use for a mage outside of just contributing to SP, with the melee-oriented stats having less importance. I think it's nicely balanced.

Intelligence should really do something else for melees. Maybe something small, like reducing Interference.

It raise base SP, not SP tank. Base SP will not make Sol and Spirit Shield last longer.

Recently dropped a Legendary Hallowed Longsword of the Illithid, which has pretty good rolls, but suboptimal weapon type, suffix, prefix (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) does this have any value?

Incidentally, what would work well with a 2H weapon such as this? I'm thinking it needs to be leather/shade for survivability. But even with a 0% burden roll, the high burden would do bad things for evade.

Quite solid amount. Im not so high, but get around 120k without stamina price (i mean daily regen) per hour. Still its long way to get at least 1k (4m+ price).
