Im using one dampening for hellfest. Its rly useful, specially with few prot upgrades, because adb isnt so good for 600+ round as good defense (at least 70% with 40%+ crush mitg).
Btw, it gives for me even more than block, because i already have quite high block/parry while phys is only 65%.

well, i most only do arenas or IW and my helmet is a savage of slaughter, so i don't think that plat of dampening (albeit peerless) is so useful for my build (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Mana drain by auto-cast is casting_MP_cost * Speed of action taken in the last turn / duration. Does Haste affect this?
