It saves you the time to apply featherweight shard on your shard for a measly 2% evade chance.

Whether that temporary 2% evade chance and 99% cost reduction (LHKD@100m+ vs LEKD@1m ) are worth the 5% permanent loss in magic score is up for debate

Arena Challenge / Ring of Blood Clear Bonus gives additional bonus (this chance increases for higher-level arenas).

The higher level arena you play, the greater chance of a token at the end, though I don't think this affects the chances of chaos vs blood.

I play the 70 - 100 rounds arenas most days, sometimes in addition to some GF or IW (and FSM if I have tokens), and think I get 3 or so blood tokens a day. I don't think token drops are affected by difficulty, so if you play a battle series with lots of monsters that you can kill quickly (eg Hellfest) you'll get tokens relatively quickly.

If your goal is to get tokens so you can get noodles just so you can sell them, you'll be better off just playing the (non-SG) arenas for credits, at high difficulty.

It's actually not that difficult to obtain Dovahkiin. Most people don't use the title because the bonuses from Godslayer are better.
