a variation may be to silence the tree until you can kill two goddesses (if i had to toss a coin i'd say to keep skuld alive) and deal with the tree deal and the third. at a certain point, silence the tree to kill the third one and then go with your victory march (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Im just clearing schoolgirls with dw. Mostly i do it on low difficulte for much faster clear and there is no big difference between both sets, but i also gain proficiency. I wanna increase all on decent lvl even if style is useless.

style is useless in current patch, nobody tells us how much it will last (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

and to be honest, you can still go PF REs with DW style (both club/rapier and rapier/waki combo), but you absolutely can't go with 2H. at least with exq-quality gears, dunno how it may be with a peerless estoc (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

With a good shield, and good power armor of slaughter, you can beat PFUDOR on every arena. If you can't afford them, you can substitute with other power armors (you can get really good non-slaughter power armor for cheap).

I think level may be an important consideration as well, with the additional prof, as well as better abilities (second Ripened Soul at 300 was essential for me to finish longer arenas on PFUDOR). Equipment might not be enough.

Around that price. Most gear of that type sells in auctions for minimum bid. I'm talking magnificent level too.

Actually difference between plate of protection and power of slaughter in defense isnt big. I have almost 65% phys with full slaughter set and probably i d have only 70-72% with full plate set. Its rly low amount while attack could be twice.

imo, one main the reason to use plate is they're quite cheap. Mag stuff are generally ~20-30k. Even Leg stuff are <100k. also, they are quite cheap to forge too, because you don't need those special bindings (ie RA,CP,DMM,etc). lastly, their durability is almost x2 power stuff which means less repairing hassle.

ps. some people use x1 Mmax+ PMI plate + x4 slaughter, seems to have enough defense for 3SG@PF in early-mid300s lvls.

65% PMI to 72% PMI still means -20% physical damage, not counting the defense you get from shielding prefix. Also, I have the feeling that your Plate of Protection set could be better, reaching at least 75.5% PMI for -30% physical damage. But yeah, only use plate if you need the extra defense. Besides, the weak point of Heavy Armor is magic, mostly due to the lack of resist.

Well, at only 88, it's pretty hard to have gotten anything useful unless you're like atomicpuppy or got extraordinarily lucky. I think the first time I acquired something that wasn't certain trash was when I was level 240ish and found a worthwhile Magnificent in the Bazaar. All of your links are junk for the Bazaar.

To estimate an item's quality, look at its base PXP (eg "152/307" for the shortsword). If it's under 320, it's almost certainly junk unless it's one of the few highly valued item types, like a prefixed Rapier of Slaughter or a force shield with high block, in which case it might sell for a few ten thousand.

Hey guys im wondering how you all sell off your gear, im assuming if you dont have a shop you just auction things, perhaps when by the time I get to 200-250 ill have a few more items to warrant an auction.
