Thinking about requesting some IW too, you can link me to 50 pages telling me how to calculate but it is still all gibberish to me.I'm just not able to do math when it isn't in it's paper form.

Roughly, can someone give me some estimation if I try to IW my weapon? :

I am trying to level it right now but shit, my second weapon is way too weak to do it fast enough.

I was under the impression that they did if it's prefixed and they don't already have a decent supply in that category? It's the plain superiors they don't want. Or maybe I'm remembering their lottery points graphic wrong...

No idea, i have always IWed myself. Even my weapon without any acceptable replacement. It takes nearly forever, but i did it. And im proud about it. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

He's asking if you want specific potencies (ie if you want to reforge if you don't have the ones you want). For a rapier of slaughter, the best would be Butcher lvl 5/Fatality lvl 4, but you probably want something just close enough as to not waste time and credits/amnesia shards.

Well, I'm not hardcore enough to pay an extra million or two for the perfect thing, level 10 will be enough.But I can't calculate the price.

I would suggest less Butcher, but at least one or two switch strike. You can get damage from forging or from you armor. But ASB seems a bit harder to get.

What? Swift Strike is probably the least desirable potency for a rapier of slaughter since the attack speed is nuked by the high burden of heavy armor (well, it's not that bad, to be fair. My rapier has 5.77% attack speed and I still get 4.4% attack speed in total.). Also, it doesn't help clearing things faster. Even Overpower is better in that regard, nevermind the already high counter-parry from Overwhelming Strikes + Stun.

I prefer to have my ASB over 0% and get additional damage from elsewhere.

Just to lvl 10 then? You should at least demand Butcher on the first level or something like that. You can even get it yourself, you just need to clear IW at Hell for the first two levels. Do you have some amnesia shards?

As for the price, as we already said, ask the IW service handlers, they usually provide ways to calculate the price, or will do it for you. See HolyDemon's Shop for example.

You can calculate the price by yourself like I did, just replace the parameters you see in my calculation with those of your rapier.

Eh? If you just want lvl 10, than should cost about 400k (maybe more, maybe less). I didn't understand you wanted a rough estimate, sorry.

Well, p3epe has already calculated that it is 17389 pxp total (I haven't checked).
And your item should require 65 rounds per IW run according to mythe script.
Each run should yield 65*15.6 = 1014 pxp, @ IWBTH/PFUDOR difficulty.
So it'd need at least roundup(17389/1014)=18 runs in total.

IW service is usually priced at a x per pxp. x times 18 time 1014 is the price you'd need to pay.

Are you sure this rapier is worth IW'ing? Or did you provide the wrong link? Cos you said you've been trying to level it up, but it doesn't have any pxp at all.

1. price per run = roundup(65 * 15.6 * 17) = roundup(17238) = 17238
2. number of runs needed = roundup(1000*((1+338/1000)^10 - 1) / (65 * 15.6)) = roundup(17.15) = 18
3. credits needed = 17238 * 18 = 310284

iono how many rounds are needed for you rapier per run, so I made it up (65). Just replace 65 with the number you see in its item world.
also, some item world service providers charge 18c or more per pxp, if so, just replace 17 with their price.
