QUOTE(nec1986 @ Jan 3 2015, 23:59) What is the price for Emax Mmax and Lmax block shield?
Assumed that you are talking about unforged force shields. Leg force shield with Lmax block: 6m+ Leg force shield with Mmax block: I don't buy things like this, but I think some ppl will pay 1.5m+ Leg force shield with Emax block: I haven't seen any, so I don't know Mag force shield with Mmax block: 1m+ Mag force shield with Emax block: 150k+ Emax force shield with Emax block: ~ 100k This post has been edited by djackallstar: Jan 3 2015, 18:19

QUOTE(Resha @ Sep 1 2014, 05:18) Magnificent (any element) Force Shield of Warding 1. Must be Mmax Block. 2. Must have 3 PAB's (>= 4.50 base). 3. As long as there is an Element, any elemental Mitigation is fine. 4. Magical Mitigation >= Emax.
QUOTE(Colman @ Sep 28 2014, 10:12) BTW, the required stat do not really possible for a mag shield (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Assume it exists, it must be rarer than Leg force shield. Legendary Amber Force Shield of Warding(Base Block=33.92)the prophecy is fulfilled (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) gone pass 1.5m in a fight. BTW nec1986 the actual classes are: Lmax, L-1, L-2, Mmax, Emax.

QUOTE(Dan31 @ Jan 3 2015, 03:33) If you are worried about your mana consumption, remove the T3 from the rotation. Do you use Imperil btw? Having a high mana consumption isn't a problem if you can bring enough potions in battle. Potions are cheap and a high mana consumption is good for raising proficiency. I sell potions at my shop, if you wanna buy some.
Yup, well I followed your advice especially with Spirit and SoL. The setup works perfectly, I can survive in Hell (and probably at higher difficulties too), I just have to keep an eye on those icons so that I don't accidentally die (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Here's the noobest question one could ask: How do I get a better weapon? (IMG:[ i.imgur.com] http://i.imgur.com/KiDM78Q.png) I mean, it's not like my weapon is shit or anything. Still, I've been using this thing since as long as I can remember and I'm wondering if it'd be worth getting a new one. The WTS forum is scary. I don't want to clog up the WTB section, either. Grinding for one doesn't seem very efficient. The Equipment Shop doesn't seem very efficient, either. I could check out the WTS/WTB forums, but I don't know what a decent weapon goes for, credit-wise. Also, is my weapon good enough the way it is right now? I don't know when the key times to upgrade my equipment are. In all honesty, everything I'm using right now was given to me by other players.

So I don't really understand some of the effects of proficiencies, at least as they are enumerated in the wikiQUOTE The following effects are per 1 point in their respective proficiency So I have ~80 DW prof. Without my 2nd level DW acc slotted, it says my attack hit chance is 112.6%. The chart says that the 2nd level DW acc ability corresponds to 2%. What the wiki seems to indicate, since I have 80 dw prof, with the ability slotted, is that I should gain about 160% acc, which already doesn't make a ton lot of sense. When I slot it, my accuracy only raises to 114.2%. So, since the effect doesn't seem to correspond to how much is gained per one point of proficiency, what do the values in the chart mean? As a side-note, I'm using the HV Keybinds script, and for the most part it's working well, I just can't figure out how to get it to use my mana potions. The code, as it is available from it's maker, provides a few default keybinds, one of which seems like it should use mana potions ( Bind(KEY_O, Use("mana")); ), however that doesn't even work. As a side-side-note, how do you search the most recent posts in a thread? If you're trying to search through this thread for example, it seems that search results are limited to first 1000 (1000 what, occurrences of the word? posts mentioning it?). Whatever it is, it seems to be counting from oldest to newest since I'd imagine 2013 wasn't the last time someone has mentioned the word "proficiency" in this thread. The numbers are wrong, I will fix it up soon. For accuracy it is supposed to be 0.02% per proficiency, so 80*0.02%=1.6% which is the number you see now.

Post the equipment link rather than a screenshot of the popup window. The equipment stats scale with the level of the player, so it's hard to say if that weapon is any good without the link. At your level it might be best to look for something in the freeshop in the WTS section.

I try to make things more convenient for people and end up ruining everything. I'll just go take a shower of shame now. http://hentaiverse.org/pages/showequip.php...;key=3f3e39b185QUOTE(Dammon @ Jan 4 2015, 07:01) At your level it might be best to look for something in the freeshop in the WTS section.
I've already gotten so many things -- including the mace above -- that I'd feel like a leech if I did something like that. I guess I could donate Superiors to the free shop to make up for it, but it still doesn't feel right.

You'll probably want to feed it some crystals first; it'll be able to fight once it reaches lv25. Food shouldn't be a problem at your level if you go through rounds fairly frequently. You can ration your crystals to keep its morale high, rather than leveling everything up at once. http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Monster_Lab

Here's another one: What should I be doing with my trophies?
Give them to Snowflake? Sell them on the market?

That weapon is okay for now, but once you approach level 200 you should think about switching to 1h style. 1h is more effective than 2h at that point. The chances of getting anything good from the shrine are remote. You should sell them to other players.
