It really depended on your gears.
For 2.0 prof factor mage, the damage is lower, but do not depended on imperil most of the times. Only need to imperil boss+ monsters.
For 5 phase + destruction/EBD staff, many players imperil everything before hitting.

Which one is better? You need to try them by yourself.

Dont rly like last one spirit shield update. I got bigger spirit consumption and mostly its not big damage (i mean 15k oneshot). Usually its low threshold around 200-1000k damage (3-15 sp cost) and quite often. I d use spirit theft, but atm my forb proficiency is too low. So maybe i ll downgrade it and comeback with 310+ lvl.

A melee-only thread is unnecessary. 1H'n'shield works, so no need for help there.

I think Pack rat is more important, if you are going to playing in PF arena @ your level.

Sadly , i can barely do nightmare arena atm, maybe you can check the gears that i am running? I might be doing something wrong when atempting arena

If your goal is to maximize your credit earnings, then you should be training Scavenger, Luck of the Draw, or Archaeologist.

but all of them have a very long payout/breakeven period. Max pack rat allows you to last longer @higher difficulty = more credits/drops. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Regarding upgrades via item world, I'm wondering if there are certain ones generally worth significantly more or less than others. For instance I found this in the bazaar

and thought it looked decent enough to be worth leveling up (does anyone know a general price range an upgrade would cost?), but I'm not sure if I should aim for a certain potency or to try to avoid another. I'm leaning towards avoiding Overpower - Counter-Parry if possible because parries seem too unusual to be worth worrying about at my current level, but I don't know if that'll change once I level up a bit more. Will it?

Then for armor... Juggernaut for bonus HP seems like an obvious necessity for everything, from my beginner's eyes, at least until Cure healing is never wasted. Same thing for bonus MP and mana pots. Is this an accurate assessment or not? Also, are there certain dangerous elemental damage types that are more common than others? (eg. experienced players valuing Coldproof over Elecproof or something like that) (I'm using light/shade armor if that makes a difference)

if you think you could use it, do it. fatality is a jolly stat for almost all weapons, and 2H works good with overpower afaik (indeed mobs will parry more, otherwise where would complications be? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ) but don't get too mad over it. if i was in your shoes i'd simply go for the supplemental strike as soon as possible, without worrying to reforge

juggernaut is indeed regarded as the best stat atm. but personally i always find some spared MP points after i cast a potion, so some levels of capacitor wouldn't be too bad either - though some higherup says vigorous vitality or effluent ether perks work better and last forever. as for elemental as for mitigations, holyproof against celestials, fireproof against dragonkins and maybe a backup piece with darkproof against SGs/FSM

don't shrine them. if you don't find anything looking for them atm (there was one person who bought @ 40k last time i saw it) keep it for better moments

I am planning to IW my slaughter rapier and was wondering which Potencies to get. Butcher/Fatality/Overpower/Swift Strike ??? Also in which difficultly I should clear it.

2nd

I am not joking but I forgot which arena lvl Invisible Pink Unicorn appear. Or is it just appear in ROB arena only ?

3rd

Hey there, how are you doing? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

You might want to use exclusively gear with all PABs, for a start. I recommend a Hallowed (best), Ethereal (2nd best) or Demonic (3rd best) rapier of slaughter (STR/DEX), a Force Shield with EMax+ block (STR/DEX/END) and some power armor (STR/DEX/END) (something like 3 slaughter, 1 balance and 1 protection/warding for example).
How high is your 1H prof? Your defense greatly increases at 100+ 1H prof (and 200+) thanks to the additionnal counters, and you will be able to keep Spirit Stance almost indefinitely.
Do you use Spirit Shield or Spark of Life? Use at least one of the two. Also, always have Haste and Protection on, and if possible Regen and Heartseeker (ideally, casted while channeling or in Spirit Stance).
You may want to use Silence on a few monsters that you will kill last (or if you don't have it, Weaken), it will reduce the incoming damage.
How high is your Pack Rat training? Max it ASAP, it helps a lot for long battles.

Estocs don't have ways around monster parry (while maces can stun). This is especially bad at high level PFUDOR because of the additionnal monster parry of the difficulty, and the high PL and Chaos Level of monsters. But at your level, don't worry about that, just get whatever potency you can find. Or don't do IW at all (or just the first few levels) and focus on clearing arenas, that works too. Or use an ethereal mace instead because of the highest survivability that stun gives.

Juggernaut (+HP) is the best, hands down. Capacitor (+MP) is optionnal, you can always spend your MPs on buffs before a mana pot finishes refilling your bar. Then there is Holy and Dark mitigations, which aren't bad since attacks of those types are usually very damaging. Fire mitigation is useful for dealing against dragons (including the dragons from the very last arenas). Cold mit is useful against Ryouko Asakura. Elec and Wind are used by a few magic users like elementals, sprites, humanoids, etc., but they are less useful overall.
