Price will (drastically) go down, but there'll be buyers. If I had to guess, @15k (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

Anyone here know how to make an animated avatar bigger, I tried, but it seems the max is 100x100 or something.

Wish upon a gold star (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) http://ehwiki.org/wiki/donationsTenboro-tier avatar is impossible, though.

QUOTE(treesloth @ Dec 10 2014, 03:24) I don't think archmage or butcher stacks with forging. archmage/butcher is only calculated from base stats.
e.g. 1000 MDB staff with 5 archmage + max forging = 1000 MDB + 100 from archmage + 668.7 from forging.
If that's true, then I'm heart broke. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) QUOTE(treesloth @ Dec 10 2014, 03:24) debuffing a monster with magnet means that monster(s) cannot resist your spells.
Really? If so, then I'll start using it in SG runs, Thanks. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Well, I think they do stack. My rapier's base WD without forging/IW = 46.9 Current WD with x5 butcher & x100 forging = 85.59 If they do not stack) 46.9 + 4.69 + 30.954 = 82.544 (x) If they stack) 46.9 * 1.1 * 1.66 = 85.6394 (o)

I need some help with item worlds though. First off, mind telling me how fast you finish a run of IW that is like maybe around 60 rounds on your highest difficulty. So far mine is Hell and needing 50 minutes.

I can do 60 rounds of IWBTH in about 15min with my mediocre 1h+heavy set. You probably just need to level up more. It took me a lot longer to clear item worlds when I was at your level.

I do think we should break this thread into a few thread, e.g.: - melee section (melee go there)
- mage section (mage go there)
- IW/Arena/GF section (fast/long run discussion)
- Forging/trainning/purchasing strategy (credit related stuff)
It is so hard to dig out a suitable article(?) from few day ago in this thread. If possible, make a gameplay discussion sub-forum for them. This post has been edited by Colman: Dec 10 2014, 10:06

I finish a 60-round PFUDOR IW in about 12 min with 1H. I STRONGLY suggest you to focus on leveling up rather than doing IW. I've lent you a nice rapier (remember?), use it with some power armor, raise your 1H prof to 100+, and destroy everything in your way in high difficulty arenas. You even have the OFC, which basically allows you to clear half of the late rounds (6~7+ monsters) instantly. Oh, and don't forget to use Silence often. Silence? I usually focus on killing them instead of casting spells on this, I don't see how good Silence is, just stopping them from using spells.

Well, yeah, that's exactly what Silence is for. For late (no-OFC) rounds, I always have ~3 monsters silenced that I kill last and build OC with for an OFC for the following round. Silence prevents lots of damage in general, especially magic damage (a weak point of heavy armor since it has no resist). However, if you don't feel the need to use it, yeah, shred them to pieces asap. This post has been edited by Dan31: Dec 10 2014, 13:12

try asking scorpio, some months ago he did almost all of the animated/resized avatars you can see around (including my fuko one) QUOTE(Colman @ Dec 10 2014, 08:21) I do think we should break this thread into a few thread, e.g.: - melee section (melee go there)

This discussion about debuffs makes me wonder. How do you experts play through combat as an elemental mage? (I'm also curious about how other playstyles play so everyone else can chime in too). I have been just casting the weakest level of spell on everything and occasionally melee attacking to collect coalesced mana buff from mobs that are 1 melee hit away from death or when I can 2x stack the mana buff. I usually only cast silence, weaken, and imperil on bosses and IWBTH random encounters. Do people cast imperil on everything when it gets 3 aoe+0 cd before they blast away with their spell? Or only when it gets to the later arena stages/grindfest with more mobs? Always appreciate the helpful advice you experts give (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If the non-imperiled monsters seem resistant, I cast Imperil on them before finishing the job. I usually clear low difficulty arenas that way. Maybe I could use an elementalist staff to skip Imperil entirely?
