I'm currently using a 2H weapon with all heavy armor, but i still get my ass handed to me in a couple of rounds on hard difficulty. What should i do to improve my chances of survival and/or increase my damage output? I'll also post my stats and I'll be grateful if I can receive some professional insight on what stats to improve. Thanks!

try to switch from heavy to light armors and raise AGI a bit: you'll lose some mitigation but you'll gain crit chance, evade and attack speed. also, use gears with the maximum possible number of PABs (3 for 1H/2H weapons, 4 for light armors, 3 for heavy armors). and which weapon? does it have a supplemental strike?

yes, it's like having a second minor blow that hits your enemies. but still, i'd suggest you to go for leather armors to try and see if evade can make some difference. you can find plenty of exq ones here

Also what does PAB mean?

PAB is the short version of Primary AttriButes, which can also raise the stat of your character. you can check the effects of every one of them here

My 3 questions:

Generally when using 1H style, do you use Light Armors or Heavy Armors for Helmet, Body, Hands, Legs and Feet?

And normally what is better to have anything ending with Protection or Slaughter? (or in case slaughter not available, is it good if we chose anything ending with protection)

Oh and what happens if I don't play (like i'm busy or away from internet for a long period of time) and my monster's hunger and morale is nil (like i didn't feed him food and crystals) Does it die? Can it be "revived" (in case it dies) by giving food and crystals for example?

heavy power strongly suggested: best ADB in absolute and very easy to keep perma-spirit stance thanks to its BUR

at low levels you can't count on many counters, so it may be useful to have a mix of protection and warding (either to have high survivability and for your wallet). slaughter are more high-end, when survivability isn't a problem anymore.

the worst it can happen is that after 180 days of inactivity its name will be deleted and it won't partecipate in battles anymore, but it'll be still there. source

So 180 days = About 5 months and some days. Enough time to get it back on health then ( Cause I may be away for a month).

(I know its kinda unrelated to the topic but i wanted to know the answer to this:) I've noticed that some people like you Scremaz have an animated profile picture, how do you get that? I tried to change my profile picture with a gif image but it isn't animating? Does it require anything specific (Like being a long-time member)

You need to resize your gif to the forum allowed size (100x180 iirc)

You use mace, what's frd for?

As things stand currently, Shatter Strike has a whopping 5 target AoE and is the last Skill of a 3-step chain. FRD affects every monster and is a single step skill. It's just about useful every now and then as a preemptive strike, nothing more.

You need to resize your gif to the forum allowed size (100x180 iirc)
