While we're on the subject of monster stats, anyone know exactly what this does?

Monsters seem to have near-100% accuracy anyway.
It does not appear to give any sort of anti-evade like the the player accuracy stat.
It does not appear to have any affect to counteract blind.

20-50k. it's a decent starting staff
salvage for high grade wood
worth nothing since dark mage is dead; bazaar or salvage

this is just one opinion though
