Causes Blind for 100 turns). Does it work this skill in conjunction (together) with ability - Faster Blind (Decrease cast time and cooldown, and increase number of targets per cast)? no. rather, iris strike is a more powerful (and lasting!) version of the blind spell, so don't cast spell on targets which are already affected by iris strike, or you'll overwrite its 99-turn effect with a ~10-turn one

Also does Cybernetic Implants give a significant boost of exp? (I pretty much only do IWBTH IW and PF RE)

Getting about 15m~ or so exp per IW round atm.

No you won't get banned for sending a lot of MM. Just send the items to banned user so you don't have to bother with cod, or risk of being hated.

Yup, it's been explained before. The drops fall in a Gaussian distribution (bell curve), and LotD only increases the minimum, meaning the max end sees almost nothing (the theoretical max doesn't move.)

In short, LotD will not increase the amount of high-end drops you get. Only decrease the bad ones and increase the mid/mid-high stuff.

you can't increase the targets, but you can use better blind to make the duration longer(200 turns) and have the opponent miss more(30%? too lazy to check)

Sending to banned users is because they can't ever see those MM. It has more to do with not disturbing other people (unless you're trolling) and nothing with avoiding bans
