I can change sets. About try another browser, I cant do that now because I only use Chrome, and FYI my conection is so slow so download a firefox will take a quite time

I try to buy Happy Pills at Item Shop. After I click the item, I click "accept" but nothing happen

same thing happen for "sell all" and "accept" at equipment shop

Try Iron it's similar to chrome, better to have a browser just for HV if you want more speed.

So, when you click on the Happy Pills the line gets highlighted, the item price appears in the box below and the Accept button gets highlighted too but it's not functional?

If that's the case it could actually be a problem with the browser, or with a custom script running in the background. The first thing to do would be try and change browser to see if there's any difference.

Question : How much is weapon/armor lottery effective. how much tickets do you buy to get lucky and what is the general UNOFFICIAL guideline for this . Just asking in advance (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I disable my script, and nothing happen. Then I close my chrome, open it again, and voila, the problem is disappear. Enable all of my script, and I can keep buy item

a guideline? jc have the right one:

Current HV Lottery = High-Priced Equipment for players that could just afford to buy them anyway [source]

you can win with 10 tickets and lose even with 50k or so (there was a big rage-quite a while ago). but as tygertyger already said, there are ~10 high level-people who has ~90% of prices. every now and then you can even see a salvaged peerless.
don't rely too much on it imo, if you want to bid 2k-worth of GP is one thing, but to play hoping to actually win...
