Means that shield in the auction is +3? more block.... don't know why it went for so cheap..... its literally better than a plain leg force block shield....
Though there was one in komica's which was a leg force Lmax deflection block shield..... only went for 7.5m..... I think it's cheaper then the one i have right now.... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

I'd say that dampening is viable too, since it adds crushing mitigation that heavy lacks a little...

no. deflection only adds piercing mitigation, which is one of the specific physical ones. it would be good for someone using leather/shade. just saying, in a similar way we can say 'of the fire-eater' suffix/ruby prefix would add fire mitigation, which is one of the specific warding ones.
but to add block you'd need an hypothetical 'of the barrier' suffix - which isn't available for force shields
