Since you will get more exp from daily login than actuall playing. I don't see the reason to get high exp perks. Again, if you have nothing to buy, just get it.

1H won't buy them due to SV, and (rich) mages probably buy bulk in shop or even in item bots, so you won't find good offer in WTB.

I am using scripts to make the game easier. I don't use hoverplay so I don't know, but Spellspam allow me to use hover for normal mobs, then click to imperil SG, right click to heal and buff, etc... I set them up myself.

1. 30.88 is Smax, 31.88 is Emax-1, 32.87 is Emax

if we factor in Level scaling @173: Smax = 33.55%; Emax-1 = 34.63%; Emax = 35.71%;
if we factor in Level scaling @355: Smax = 36.36%; Emax-1 = 37.53%; Emax = 38.70%;

however, since 1H+heavy solely rely on Block for defense, those extra 1-2% of block% does help out a bit especially when you start forging it (ie a Mmax+ shield). also, an Emax shield is relatively cheap nowadays. though, a Smax should be fine for now. if you want, i can give you this for free.

2. don't know. maybe, more defense against Celestial magic attacks? imo, block%>PAB>suffix>prefix.

3. Yes. PAB do matter, because Str/Dex both contribute to ADB. however, generally, raw AD from power armor provides better ADB than Str/Dex.

just from my guesstimation, Str provides ~1.6-1.8 ABD and Dex is closer to 0.8. Math is hard. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Force shield can provide more than enough defense from physical attack. Even if in the highest difficulty, a force shield can allow you completely no need to heal in all arena, when Spirit shield is active. Then, the issue of 1H power user become MP and SP consumption in long run.

Warding suffix can reduce the incoming damage from magic by a few percent, which in turn reduce the SP consumption a lot.

At mid-low level AD is almost raised by ~2 per 1 STR and ~1 per 1 DEX.
But as level (= stat) goes up, pure ADB is better due to the logarithm formula.

For example you can get ~2.21 AD by raising 1 STR (about +1.47 AD) and 1 DEX (about +0.74 AD) when STR = DEX are around 400.

Now my STR = DEX are around 1200 so that I get only ~1.44 AD by raising 1 STR (about +0.96 AD) and 1 DEX (about +0.48 AD).
