Q1:
Is a staff with non-matching prefix and suffix completely worthless even it is Leg+?
The only exception is the Hallowed prefix. Some mages prefer to have a bit of holy EDB to boost the effectiveness of Cure, which can also be accomplished by wearing a piece of Heimdall phase. Just don't expect a windfall.

Q3:
Who needs a "of Focus" staff?
Low level mages, who have problems with accuracy and MP consumption.

Q4: Damage vs. Proficiency
Which staff suffix is better and why, "Heimdall" or "the Heaven-sent"?
Destruction and EDB (Heimdall in your example) are the traditionally more popular and valuable suffixes, but like what Cats Lover wrote previously and similar to what I wrote above, some mages like to run with one or two proficiency pieces, one of which could include the staff.

Q5:
When it comes to the staff suffix rankings of popularity, is the following correct?
Heaven-sent > Elementalist > Demon-fiend > Curse-weaver > Earth-walker
Curse-weaver and Earth-walker don't even factor. It's not set in stone, but the suffix popularity is generally something like,
Destruction = EDB > Elementalist = Heaven-sent = Demon-fiend.

Q6:
Does the match of prefix and suffix of a piece of cloth armor add any bonus to its sale price?
This is the armor I'm talking about.
And can you give a price estimate of it?
Thanks! (IMG:[

The only cloth suffixes worth anything are (not ranked) Radiant, Frugal, Charged, and Mystic.
