QUOTE(Missingone @ Feb 24 2011, 20:32) This may sound like a stupid question, but here goes. Do you need to be at least at the level of the item you're trying to wear?
You don't have to be the level of the equipment you're wearing, but you'll notice in parentheses the stats you'd get if you wore that piece of equipment below level. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Not at all! All Equipment is wearable regardless of your level in relation to its own. You'll notice that with items higher than your level, there will be two sets of numbers, one without parentheses, and one inside them. The ones in the parenthesis are what you will IMMEDIATELY receive from wearing the item, while the ones not in parentheses represent what the stat will be when you reach the item's current level.

How many phase rquips should I expect out of 1000 trophies? HVstat says I've traded in over 1000 trophies so far (maybe 800 went into cloth) and I've gotten 0 phase out of them.

I trade mine in when ever the four low end trophies get up in the 20's or 30's. Out of this amount, 100ish, I usually get one phase. Not a good phase, mind you, but a phase none the less.

QUOTE(cmal @ Feb 25 2011, 02:34) Nowadays, its much easier to spam damage spells because of the fixed resistance bug. Just find one of the resistant mobs, kill everything else, do 1 damage, pot/ET as necessary, rinse and repeat.
I wouldn't count that a easier, I prefer doing the same thing and getting EXP/items, and in the end you lose less time doing this way.

A question about bleeding.
A base proc 30 scythe and a base proc 20 axe + raiper, if they all have same proc chance and turns (like 20%/3turns), which is better for take down IPU/FSM? They both have so high defense rating and long HP.
I'm training my weapon prof now, but I don't know which is better...

The scythe, of course. But you'll have hard time surviving compared to others style. Not that this is a big problem since anyone can relied on using scrolls anyway...

remember that if you have different procs, the offhand gets its proc chance halved.

Rather, the proc chance is the same, but the chance of scoring a hit with the offhand in the first place is lower. The actual value depends on your proficiency according to a formula that I can't be bothered to look up... but I'm pretty sure it's in the Release Notes somewhere. And anyway, it givess you the number on the equipment screen.
Not that getting PA will help much against the Gods these days, given that it no longer increases poison damage...

Ok...No need to find a set of bleeding+PA for god fight. Good news, training dual wielding is a nightmare. Thanks for all your guys (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thanks for all your guys (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I can train dual wield automatically. Two high stun clubs, a ring of blood mob on a high difficulty setting and something to hold down the "1" button. I gained 10 DW points while doing housework. *victory pose*

WOW (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) A great method ^^ That's a new miracle. How high to make sure it's save? 2 club with 25% 3T? We can call them "Club of Automatic" or something like that. Are there similar method for 2H works? like a " Mace of Automatic who is 30% 4T"... Is it enough? Ring of Blood? I thought you fought only bosses in RoB. And also, wouldn't you have to switch to "2," then "3" and so on for each monster once the previous numeber monster died?

QUOTE Rather, the proc chance is the same, but the chance of scoring a hit with the offhand in the first place is lower. Update 3.3 says that it's halved (which would explain why offhand PA never proced). Again, I might be outdated. QUOTE I can train dual wield automatically. Two high stun clubs, a ring of blood mob on a high difficulty setting and something to hold down the "1" button. I gained 10 DW points while doing housework. *victory pose* That's weird. That shouldn't work unless you're blinding and sparking at the same time. 44% chance for 4 turns of stun means that the monster should only be stunned 92% of them time (someone should check my calculations).

Is Spark of Life worth investing more than one ability point? I only see myself using it maybe one or two turns before before I know I'm going to get killed.
