Thanks for the responses so far. IMO it wasn't really made clear enough how to request certain items as it says plate at the very end so I guessed it only counted towards plate items.

Now I'm completely confused though since I have no idea what to do. Basically I'm only allowed to request one shade, phase, power of plate shielding item and after that I have to find lets say 4 other items with whatever prefix BESIDES those 4 prefixes if I understand correctly.

Alright then, going to have to make a new shopping list then >_<

obviously you don't need to fulfill all the list, we will accept requests with only one item (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
basically let's say you can't rely on us to build a phase set, so you could ask only for one phase OR shade OR power OR shield item, while you can go up to 5 for cotton/leather/plate, even if mixed between them.
BUT in case you request one magnificent, it would be your only request for that week, so be careful on what you choose (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

The higher the base PxP, the more rounds per run. The more rounds completed, the higher the potency points gained. It generally takes longer to max an item the higher its base PxP.

Peerless items will always take 100 rounds per run.

EDIT: there's a formula I've seen in IW service shops for calculating how many IWTBH rounds (no sense doing IW on PFUDOR) or Hell rounds it takes to max an item based on its PXP.

Around 20 runs I think... Count at least 4 or 5 just between Lv.9 and Lv.10...
It doesn't change much between item quality since potency exp gain is scaled with said quality.

Whoops, I was thinking of a different number, around 20 runs is more correct, it can vary slightly but around 20.

total PXP needed: 1000*((1+PXP(1)/1000)^10 - 1)

then divide it by the number of rounds of your item multiplied by 15.6 and you have the number of runs needed.

for reference: this helmet has 346 base PXP, thus 71 rounds.
lv10 requires 18519 total PXP, then 18519 / (15.6 * 71) = 17 runs, basically what people before me said

From what I've seen:

The lower the PXP = Less rounds per run = More runs needed to max
The higher the PXP = More rounds per run = Less runs needed to max


Example:
One of my Superior equips picked at random = PXP 280 = 28 rounds per run = 25 runs needed to max
My Peerless armor = PXP 381 = 100 rounds per run = 15 runs needed to max

Not really, PFUDOR IW of Peerless/Legendary item are significantly harder that its IWBTH counterpart. I'm talking about 200-300 difference in the number of cure

So about how much credits would the rapier in the lottery cost? Around 50m or so?

I mostly do my REs on the phone, usually while taking a toilet break (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

My time of PFUDOR IW of Mag item is exactly the same as IWBTH (no cure), so there's no reason not to do it on PFUDOR (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
