Is crystarium 1 any good? And how does it actually work? Do you get 1 additional crystal for each one you receive? The monster drops 2 and you get 2, if it drops 4 you get 4 additional crystals. Or the monster drops 3 crystals and you get 1 additional?
Should I focus on maxing out scavenger instead? It's currently at 33

CODE Crystal Drop = rounddown(((0.004 * round_number) + 1) * difficulty_mod * crys_perk_mod)
crystarium multiplies the crystals you get. so if a monster drops a crystal, crys 1 would give you 2, crys 2 would give you 3, and crys 3 would give you 5. if you don't/can't do hellfest most will tell you it's not worth it. same goes for scavenger, as it doesn't add nearly as much to drops as LotD, quartermaster and archaeologist do. unless of course, you have crys 3 and want to max out the number of crystals you get This post has been edited by something: May 13 2014, 00:30

At first glance it looks good, the thing about shade is that you might not want to mix it with leathers just so you get the best out of the evade.

What does Overpower and Penetration do specifically, Does it reduces enemy's parry/resist chance or gives counter attack chance on parry/resist? Also, care to tell what the Item World was like before all these potency thingy were introduced?

I remember something along the lines of being able to only do item world 10 times a day... or was that implemented later?

Oh yeah. The 20 hour cool-down timer would only trigger if you cleared the item world, but if you died or ran away you could re-enter the same item up to 10 times a day. I'm not sure how long this restriction was a thing.

Heck, it can sell for like 1m or even more. It has standard LMax ADB and all 6 PABs. The only thing it lacks is the EVD. If its EVD is at <MMax range it can sell for over 2m or more. Well we have someone who would forge an Ethereal one. That Hallowed Axe is better (if not much better) than that Fiery one mainly becuz of the extra heal on Cure thanks to Holy EDB the Axe has.
