imo, selling them at wtb.

you'll probably need to shrine 100+ nooles to get something good. that's 5.5-6 million credits worth of noodles that most players can't afford to gamble.

Just a little expensive, the damage is good but not in the exquisite range. Two PABs do not help either. I'm away from the HV economy for some time, but I've heard of inflation kicking in, therefore I guess you can get 100-150k.

Bad stats... you might get around 50k < 100k...

Only someone who's really desperate and don't care would pay more...

Anything is possible - you might have to enlist the services of 5 different IW service or more to improve the odds and supply an endless amount of Amnesia Shards to them. What tantalizing pay off should that happen, 50% deeper HP tank on it's own and if you have VV, nearly twice as deep HP tank as compared to the mere mortals. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

yes. the arenas on the 2nd page are more likely to drop them as clear bonuses

I'd rather prefer Capacitor Lv.5 than Juggernaut Lv.5 in cloth armors. Juggernut is more suited for heavy armors.

When Melee, I do it in PFUDOR, and sometimes in Normal (when I play casually) difficulty. My 1st Leg Drop was in Normal Difficulty.

When Mage, I do it in IWBTH and Normal difficulty (PFUDOR-RE is just too tough for me as a mage).
