Sounds to me you're American, judging how you uses the word "college" and "university" interchangeably... and yeah, this forum is off limits due to it's domain name...

Try browising by the site IP. Your school filter probably blocks you by the word hentai in the domain

Remain Cold Mage or switch to Wind Mage? Both sets need upgrades, but Im further along on Niflheim stuff than Freyr stuff.

depends if you hate arthropods or giants more. honestly they're both pretty good on paper. you might end up with wind though because iirc, niflheim stuff is rare as all hell for some reason.

Most of the free (public) internet in campus in my area (Hong Kong ) cannot access e-hentai . However , the one that require login allow me to connect .
