Which one of these should I buy?

I'm leaning towards the 150K one, not because of the price but because of the STR it has over the 200K one. The 200K one has higher Void damage, but I'd imagine the STR makes a huge difference?

Neither are worth buying. The first one is a Flyweight, the second is like a lightweight fighting one-handed. I would recommend that you pass either of these by and strongly discourage you from ever considering a 2PAB gear, the only time you might consider one is if it had an insanely high ADB and if you had some great armour that can mitigate somewhat for the missing attribute(s).

how can i get a weapon? it's so hard to me this game..

yes and yes.

personally i'd try to find an ethereal estoc with ~mmax adb and PABs equal to or better than yours. in the meantime you can also consider an estoc with a useful elemental strike(read: holy, dark, wind, or elec for dealing with giants but anything is better than nothing) till you find the one you want

That's a pretty good Estoc with higher than ExMax ADB. Shame that it's a vanilla, if it wasn't it would be a decent candidate for IW - it still is (if you can't find a replacement) if you can live without the extra elemental hit that an ethereal Estoc will get when max levelled. You should be able to use this Estoc for the next 50-100 levels as long as you don't play at the highest level, that should give you plenty of time to look for a suitable replacement. Oh yes, please read up on the links from other players and refer back to them when you are ready to buy.

Around what level do people usually start doing PFUDOR random encounters? I've been on IWBTH for the past 50~ levels but I just can't make the jump to PFUDOR vs 8+ mobs, it's like they hit 5x as hard and some monsters crit for more than my max hp.

Around level 200 or so? Actually, you REALLY need depreciating spells for PFUDOR difficulty no matter what, so get the better and faster Weaken as high as you can, Imperil too if possible.
I've been surviving my PFUDOR REs by casting Sleep on several monster whenever possible really.

They're kinda 200% overpriced. Heck 50k would be expensive for the stats, considering estoc is so unpopular right now.

At the minimum, you need Spirit Shield which doesn't become available until Lvl 200. With Spirit Shield activated, your chance of getting one-shot of death becomes greatly reduced but because Spirit Shield can take a long time to invoke (one complete turn), it has to be cast only after your buff/debuff is put in place. Thus, the most dangerous time is right after starting the RE until you can set the Spirit Shield, after that it's a matter of staying alive by quaffing potions, replenishing the buff/debuff as needed and chipping away at the mob with the weapon of your choice.

The bonuses granted by magic proficiencies to spells of their respective schools has been revamped. Note that the list below is exhaustive for magic proficiency, it doesn't have any remaining effects from before.

All spells now have a requirement proficiency and a cap proficiency that are used to add three bonuses. These start kicking in then proficiency is higher than the requirement, and max when they reach the cap. In this case, prof_factor below is given as (prof - req) / (cap - req), capped to be between 0 and 1.

- The duration can be increased by maximum a factor of 7 (supportive/curative spells), given as: 1 + 6 * prof_factor, or 4 (everything else), given as: 1 + 3 * prof_factor

- The cast time and mana cost can both be decreased by 25% to a factor of 0.75, given as: 1 - 0.25 * prof_factor

Whenever I need to cast a Supportive spell, I just turn on Spirit Stance for an instant 25% MP cost reduction. But more often than not, I get more Channeling procs than I know what to do with, so I just use those to refresh my Supportive spells.
