QUOTE(Scremaz @ Apr 6 2014, 21:06) void strike (and more in general, void damage) is the only type which don't have specifical mitigation, neither for player nor for mobs. void strikes can still be evaded/parried/resisted though
Thats not correct, there is a specific mitigation for void. But atm there is nothing that gives you void mitigation.

A long time ago the 'Hulk' suffix (retired suffix) did give void mitigation, but then it seems the mitigation's removed.

while we are at it, what did other old suffixes like 'of the shielding aura' do?

if you mean this it's indeed void mitigation, but it's also clearly written that QUOTE Players and monsters have 0% specific mitigation against void attacks.
this mean that it can surely be mitigated, but only by chance and you can't do absolutely nothing about it (go into your character first page and see what value you have at 'void mitigation'). it's been inserted only to fulfill the possible cases. It doesn't matter that it's visible. It matters that you can't do anything about it.

QUOTE(Scremaz @ Apr 6 2014, 23:07) Oh, i could do a lot of things to her, with her, upon her, behind her, inside her, among her. Oh, my mind races. QUOTE(Scremaz @ Apr 6 2014, 23:07) imo the reason is just it's a series of fields divided into two rows, and tenboro didn't want to leave a blank one. in other words, just formatting matter...
Husch my beloved void mitigation, dont listen to the bad people. You and me. Time and Schoolgirls. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
