Just invest in buffs for yourself at this point.

If you are shade user, haste and shadow veil are good. If you are leather, I like haste and protection. I would prefer leather in your case bc it is cheap to get legendary leather (of whatever is good). Sometimes you can proc channeling; then you cast a buff with channeling (gives you +50% duration).
For the time you have, do arenas at highest difficulty possible. Your only goal at this point is to level as fast as you can. The game gets easier as you progress to higher level.

Well, as you level, you should be upgrading your gear, especially weapons. but nowadays it's easy to get decent weapons for free. I also suggest leather bc you can use good non-ethereal weapons and not feel guilty about increasing your burden. Leather also has high PMI, good MMI, and good resist, and good PABs. Just find some good cheap Leg leather and focus on getting good weapons and increasing training.

Also, if you worry about a shortage of potions, you can ask anyone for potions and they'll give them to you for free. Once you start playing on high diffs, and have decent scavenging training, you'll drop more pots than you need.

imo, the rapier. good damage & PAB. the parry & elemental is a bit average, but it's decent. i would even try to max it out in IW to get void strike.

Generally, Axe is for lower level and difficulty, Rapier is for higher difficulty.
It is because at higher level and difficulty, monster have very high defense (65%+ damage reduction) and HP making PA of rapier necessary for fast killing. In addition, the parry of rapier also give you some defense so you can use more shade/power armor instead of leather/plate.

If salvaging crudes is the only way to get scraps, people won't give up their pfudor rewards to play around in normal. But if they rank below low grades, I don't think they'll be worth enough to turn a significant (20% minimum) profit if I buy now to sell later.

about Monster Lab, i actually own a PL301 Elemental monster but i'm not satisfied with the gifts he brings me. what could be an useful class of pets to farm gifts?

and also, i found a small nuke, a red ponyfeather and three green ponyfeathers on the bazaar, how much can i earn from them? or is it better to consider them as low-cost artifacts and shrine them?

With the qualitiy or with the quantity of the gifts? Because you can get each gift, from any class. And at least until PL 300 i havent seen any difference between the different classes. If you whant high Wins and Kills, i would suggest a high PL Monster more then a special class.

These artifacts dropped during the 2013 Easter event. Thats what the wiki says. Cant remember my self if they where worth shrining.

Some people might want those as collectible. I wouldn't shrine them.

Keep Str, Dex, Agl & End at the same level (before additional stats from Equipment).

Ignore Int for now. Keep Wis about 25 points lower than Str/Dex/Agl/End.
