you can only reset *all* the slots AP and mastery points paying a certain amount of credits. if i remember correct, that amount is a bit excessive, especially at medium and low levels like yours...

How good or bad is counter-parry? DW style, and my axe just got Overwhelming 1 for its first potency. Wondering if it's worth using an amnesia shard now, if it's as bad as previous searches in this topic state, or if it's passable enough to keep.

second this. however, if you just want to max out a weapon to get void strike, keep IWing it. amnesia shards are expensive (~10k each) and using 10-20+ shards to get your 0 overpower will just drive you crazy. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

That's what the consensus seem to be (it's bloody useless with rapiers for sure) but for an axe, I wouldn't dismiss it so totally out of hand.

This is my main hand Axe and this is one I'd picked up to satisfy my curiosity (a good way to stay in the poorhouse, having insatiable curiosity), it was already levelled to Overpower 4 when I found it in WTS. As you can see, there is quite a bit of difference in the WD between the two but the rest of the attributes (common to both) are about even. Using either of them as the main hand, there is not much difference. There is a bit of an edge to the Butcher 5 Axe but that could be due to Endurance Attribute.

The consensus being what it is against Overpower the axe won't fetch much, thus it languishes in my inventory. I pull it out once in a while to battle with it - if anyone else want to compare it to his/her weapon of choice, pm me and I'll lend it out to try for a week or so.

Overpower shouldn't be that bad for 2H since a lot of monsters tend to parry and its precision isn't as good as 1H or DW... (i.e. I have a 120% hit chance with my mace+heavy at the moment and 138% with shade...)

2H is more inaccurate than other styles by its nature, you can have acc > 150% at our levels only with balance weapons or katanas (for example, with a balance mace my accuracy was 164%, but 300dmg more is better (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Yeah but I think most people use Slaughter weapons, and the bleeding wound proc isn't that popular anymore. ^^

surely, so you can augment your accuracy only with a full power set, even a single balance could serve good...

I remember accuracy has nothing to do with being parries, it just gives anti-evade?
