Since the topic is currently about hellfest, does anyone know what level a mage would be able to clear it at? I can make it to about 120 or so then I start to run out of mp...
Packrat is nearly maxed, just 2 more to go. Most of my slots go to mana potions and 3 slots to spirit potions

For mage, what really matter is not level, but your gear. At least, you need 25% mp conversation, and able to 1-shot 50%+ of the mobs without imperil.

QUOTE(Scremaz @ Mar 3 2014, 21:15) you'd be surprised to know how back i am with trainings and still how i lack credits (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I would say, that propably your slightly training is the cause, for your lack of credits.

sure, but one noodly is 5 tokens. the most i had was 2 tokens in a day, so we can say i see a noodle in 3 days. let's put that you can have 2 and that's 120k. all the bonus from clearing arenas are about 20k, doing all in 3 days is 60k. there still are 400k missing. i can assure you that if i could earn 100k/day even doing all arenas, my mace wouldn't be a balance one and my estoc wouldn't be superior (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) This post has been edited by Scremaz: Mar 3 2014, 21:14

600k? I'm lucky if I make 50k in a day. This means I would do ALL the arenas and REs and not spend it on anything. And this isn't sustainable in terms of stamina each day in and out. Thing is, I don't see how much gear that I could realistically get in some reasonable time span would help. Sure, I might go from 180% more fire damage to like 250%, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't actually make me do much better in what difficulty I can pick. Also what kind of Luck of tthe Draw and Scavenger levels should we have trained? This post has been edited by blueeyedcolossus: Mar 3 2014, 23:12

Based on the advice I have been given and some what my own personal experience, the level of luck of the draw, even when maxed out doesn't give out legendary equips very often. My luck of the draw is currently level 18 and I very rarely see any exquisite drops and have only gotten 5 magnificent drops which were mediocre.

QUOTE(Scremaz @ Mar 3 2014, 11:15) lol, too much people thinks that we have to do SG marathons at PF (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Attempting to clear the Marathons in PFUDOR is the unofficial standard/benchmark to gauge one's own progress in HV. Being able to clear M3 at PFUDOR consistently will reward you with the best possible drops of any kind per round. If you think players' attempt to reach this standard is laughable, laugh away. Frankly speaking, a godslayer past Lv250 playing at difficulties that you can mostly sleepwalk through, is pathetic. Before you go thinking here's another rich player showing off, my income from HV is probably lower than yours. My sole source of income is from fighting in HV and I do very little of that. If I am energetic enough, I will do an IW run or two at IWBTH, otherwise it's RE at PF plus the occasional run of TT&T at PFUDOR (mostly when I am completely broke). I lied, I auction off weapons I've levelled but that happens only about once in a blue moon. My drops are mediocre at best, owing to Scav15, and LotD10. I play DW Light, both of my weapons are lv10 that are somewhat forged, my Shade armour consist of Exq/Mag Fleet/Shadowdancer. None of them are worth writing home about but they let me get by at PFUDOR, whether they will be enough to clear M3 at PFUDOR with the speed fix, I'll soon find out - again.

In three days when i play these days full and sell some Stuff in WTB. Like Noodly, Bindings, Scrolls. Could be more if i would get a Equip that is worth enough for an auction or sell my artifacts. Good use of the Item shop bot is also helpfull. And a bit luck is never wrong. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) So to be honest, i can make 600k in three days, but i dont make them everytime.

i'm writing here (something with longer answers than needed) because that's an useful unsanctioned benchmark for my english, so as you can see i can somehow understand the benchmark philosophy, only didn't see those arenas that way. furthermore i don't/won't laugh about you, i don't think you're showing off - please don't consider me and many other past lv250 godslayers with me pathetic only because i'm/we're doing this game just for fun instead of clearing SG marathons everyday or grow an army of nearly impossible-to-beat mobs just to use tokens as works. Just do everything on PFUDOR, I can make 300k daily from doing all arena and bazaaring trash. Stamina isn't an issue if you're not doing IW or GF This post has been edited by holy_demon: Mar 4 2014, 02:40

I have about 200-250k daily on IWBTH, it's much more time wise and faceroll friendly. And random is really something. Got about 7 bazar ex drop from all arena IWBTH clear (marathons on hell), but got 2 mag drops (leather (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) ) from 300 rounds of BTfest.
