1. Get a script coded that will auto-accept all mooglemails that do not have a CoD (for security!) and create a list of who sent what item. This will allow easy assignment of tickets.

You should talk to/PM Lement. He had some rather ambitious idea for a free shop, and was willing to do the huge amount of code work (which is the most important thing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )

Oh yeah... recorded some of my testing using Imperil on School Girls...
I noticed that, on average, it would take me 19 swings to kill a school girl without Imperil & 12 swings to kill one with Imperil.
While not all rounds have schoolgirls & rounds with multiple school girls get complicated depending on how separated they are... I still postulate a 20-25% reduction in clear time.

No there isn't sadly, but if you know how to use userscripts there's one here https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showtopic=163637 that will let you send all unlocked items really fast. If it's not "FreeShop" you want to send them to you can always edit the username and message title (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

It is around PL720 with fully Scavenging upgrade. PL651 monsters mostly give me one gift per day.
And the PL for multiple gift keep raising.

2/5 of my piece have lv5 with ~2-5 reforges. The other 2 has 4cap:1jug and 3jug:2cap so I can't be bothered to reforge. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

In contrast, non of my weapon, except the ones who are already IWed by somebody else, got a lv5 butcher, (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

1. Start using bindings of slaughter on my rapier
2. Source a new rapier with natural MMax+ ADB before butcher
3. Forge the crap out of my current shade set
4. Source new shade with natural MMax+ Evade and 4 PABs before forging

Thoughts / suggestions on the best path to take?

So does it increase your evade chance by 25% of your current evade chance? What kind of % of evade should you use Shadow Veil at then? Is having 30% evade chance enough to make it worth using?

It's still useful if you don't have any evade, it still gives you the 25% bonus in battle.

XD that of course is an option, but isn't something I'd consider fun (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) At some point I'll grow bored of HV again and leave it for a few months but that's off in the future for now.

I'm tempted with mage, but not until I hit level 305 and have the zero cooldown imperil. Given the time it takes me to level up I'm thinking thats several months away XD. To build up a really good mage set of course I'll be looking at silly money (50 mil plus >_<) which while I could afford in time would take a lot of saving. Melee is cheaper and more fun for now XD

I use Shadow Veil with my Power set.

It does, in fact, give you 25% additional evade chance... not 25% more of your current evade chance.

In other words, if you have 5% evade and you use Shadow Veil, you get 30% total evade.

5% is a 1-in-20... 30% is almost 1-in-3.

Do you think that's worth it?

Most higher level players don't use it when using 1h+shield because you don't get to counter attack on an evade.

It'd be better if it were Ethereal, but it's certainly worth auctioning or IW'ing.

it could be a decent weapon judging from wiki: not-so high damage, overall good stats, quite low bur and itr, first two PABs a bit low but AGI really good.
given by your evade i think you should have a full fleet/shadowdancer set, so i'd only suggest you to augment your DEX and AGI to the point they will be more similar to STR and END: they're not so unuseful, you know (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
