There is minimal risk in buying from any store because you could only be cheated once. Once you prove that a merchant has cheated you out of your credits, he or she will be banned from HV for life. No one in their right mind would take that sort of risk for a handful of credits.

What's the best place to level up/gain exp? Arenas/Item World/Grindfest?

I have been leveling up mostly from Arenas

doing T&T, to kill a god, and eve of death on PFUDOR is probably the fastest way at your level. also, if you're not saving up for anything in particular, get AL up to 150ish

Without END......IMO, light armor missing any of STR/DEX/AGI/END are not useful. You can see how's LEG shade in the auction go.....

Frankly I find shade pricing incredibly confusing. People's criteria varies a lot, resist, evade, crit, ADB, PAB and prices go all over the place.

tbh, i find pricing in general is very confusing. especially, in auctions. some items just seems to slip through the crack in some smaller auctions & you can lowball them and win the item @ min bid (ie 10k). then in the bigger/more popular auctions, the Same (or sometimes worst) items can sell for 5-10x as much. i'm thinking of switching back to Shade, because they're quite affordable now & power slaughter prices are getting a bit crazy. though, my current 1H + a cheap Power (not slaughter) set is better/faster than Shade. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

To clarify: While this is not an absolute rule(eg min STR and ADB versus no STR but max ADB), you have to know what you're doing to ignore this rule, similar to when choosing Negation over Fleet piece.

And yes, the pricing on melee armors is all over the place comparatively to the benefit - you can guess the magnitude but the value it is given by other players can still vary by ±50%. It is one place where taking your time to shop has significant benefits.

I think you are over-thinking this. After all is said and done we are playing with Monopoly money going after some virtual equipments. With your store and your scripting service you are doing very well, it wasn't all that long ago when you had trouble clearing DwD in BT but now you can do so in PFUDOR. I still haven't managed to clear DwD in PFUDOR, even though I managed to clear it in IWBTH prior to you doing so in BT. You must be doing something right to be able to do that.

You're overthinking. It's more about advertising on EH forum which has a far broader player base than any of those communities.

I think you are over-thinking this. After all is said and done we are playing with Monopoly money going after some virtual equipments. With your store and your scripting service you are doing very well, it wasn't all that long ago when you had trouble clearing DwD in BT but now you can do so in PFUDOR. I still haven't managed to clear DwD in PFUDOR, even though I managed to clear it in IWBTH prior to you doing so in BT. You must be doing something right to be able to do that.

I can only clear PFUDOR DwD before the speed fix. Now I'm still trying different approach to clear it.

OFC was the key for DwD, since it can do T2 damage on all 3 schoolgirls. Some juggernaut/capacitor also helps with mana/spirit management. I used to theorise that shade would do better than power. Turns out that killing speed is the most relevant factor in clearing SG, much more so than defesne or interference.

And I haven't even forged anything yet (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

OFC, it's not even on the map for me. I am going to have to do it in DW Light because that's all I have. I got as far as 137 before I had to bail after running out of pots about 10 days ago. I am hopeful that IA2 which I hope to have within the week along with a very liberal use of scrolls would be sufficient to overcome the speed fix hurdle.

overall the stats are quite good, but PABs are a bit poor (especially END)... i bought a similar one (but with far more END) for 45k, so i think it should still be useful for someone who want to increase the global block of his armor
