What do you consider "low difficulties"? I use a mix of Mag Power Prot & Warding & have no trouble running Hell & Nintendo difficulties... and I'm using a Mag Eth Mace of Illithid.

I'm not sure about players below 400, but it's definitely fine for me. I do all my arena's on PFUDOR with full power slaughter + 2h estoc.
Sometimes toss in a few heals a here and there. It's only terrible for me in GF or IW in later rounds 80+

Maybe as a starting point, i suppose you need about this much PMI and ADB:


On PFUDOR with this setup, It take's me around
9~10 min on Trio
18~20 min on End of Days
27~29 min on Eternal Darkness
44~48 min on Dance with Dragons

Forgot to note, you have to be forged if you're planning to go PFUDOR with full slaughter 2h estoc.
Non-forge isn't enough to cut it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) well maybe but you'll have to weaken and spam protection scrolls to stay alive.

That's pretty good time for DwD with 2H. Did you ADB forge your slaughter power gears? What % of that ADB is from your estoc?

so i guess 3600 adb from estoc and about 1400 from 2hand prof. your estoc is lvl 9 means you use holy and dark infus for SG's and OFC obvious... that explain all your clear times. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Hopefully those clear times aren't too horrible for my lvl, but there's still a lot of room for improvement (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

haven't really calculated the worth of the materials I put into it yet. Just seeing what others have to say in these sort of cases. I'll see if I can scrounge up the costs.

The waki market seems to be oversaturated at times; you see that last leg eth go for 3mil, then you see some elems go for like 250k or less, which is why i'm uncertain about its marketability.

bah, wiki on material costs in forge section is outdated. Anyone know what it is now? Wiki says lvl 1-2 should be 0HG / 5MG, but I have 1HG / 4MG for non damage lvl 1 upgrade.

[edit] it doesn't enter with the current topic, but since holy_demon mentioned rapiers of the nimble i've a doubt: accuracy > 100% could serve also as anti-evade, but does offhand > 100% have an actual utility?

I think it depends on the quality. High pxp items require 1hg at level0. I think wiki is outdated.

hmm, i don't exactly recall, but i think it was pxp 350, maybe 352. That would put quality around 1. All the new 370+ gears would be well over 1 if going by the pxp-100/250 estimate.

1) Superior quality equipment is hit-or-miss when selling. Ethereal weapons, Power, Phase, Shielding & Shade armors are all good and will get you cash in general.

2) I couldn't really give you good prices, but the Rapier will probably auction well.

3) I've got one piece myself. There's some collectors out there who like that stuff... shop it around.

4) Start with Plate, then start mixing in some Power of Protection & Power of Warding. Once you're all Power, start mixing in some Power of Slaughter. Find the mix that works best for you.

5) Can't help you with salvage... but the scraps you can send to me! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I'll even pay 2c each (compared to the 1c that the Bazaar gives).

5) salvage is always a pick-a-ticket-and-turn-the-wheel-of-fortune run
however, the drops which usually give the best chance to return HG are exq with PXP around or above 321 and 3 PABs (we're speaking of 20% or so), but once i had a HG from a crappy exq with about 316 and only one PAB and sometimes i have LG with pxp325+; someone also says that forge level matters, but i can't confirm it: it's almost certain though that many are trying to understand it but none has a sure answer (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

as i said, is especially a matter of luck, and you decide if gamble with the HG challenge or use/gift/sell the piece (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

These are nice and should fetch decent prices. (200k to 800k, maybe more)

If they are Exq and below, salvage or bazaar.

generally 325+ give HG. Should salvage if you don't want it or can't sell it.
