That's like saying rewarding high-scorers will results in people cheating in exams, therefore we should not reward them.
If you reward people for grinding the longest, then the bots who can grind the longest without effort will be rewarded.

1) Not everyone is good or knows how to edit or translate. Just ask 10 random people you know.
They are not the only type of bounty, what about proof reading, drawing, etc There are quite a few different formal and informal categories.

4) I sell what I have that is worthy of selling, and what I earn is really not that much because I haven't got good equips because I haven't got 24 lotd because I haven't got money.
Most of the stores are selling exquisite and magnificent gear, consumables, and materials.

5) This is due to kind people like Stony, having to depend on the good will of others to survive means something needs to change.
Nooooooooooooooo. Pre-lotto, the majority of legendary equips came from noodly appendages. Its about risk management and profit sharing, it takes approximately 100 noodly appendages on average to roll a legendary at a cost of 5m credits, the legendary will be worth between 200k and 50m credits. From what i've heard, it takes about 10 legendary rolls to get a legendary worth 10m+. If you were searching for legendary gear, its even now still a good option.
As mentioned there is crystal farming but the setup costs are high, IW services make a lot of money but have very high setup costs. Before I got gold star, it took me about four weeks of intensive play to get to 8m credits. Selling all trophies (which feel like the drop rate is lower now), selling all noodlies (I could swear blood token rate is lower now) and selling all equip drops and consumable drops eg energy drinks and artifacts.
