QUOTE(needaname @ Jan 3 2014, 17:34) I would price that mace at around 10-50k maybe? Dex-only PAB is really unenviable on maces...
30k for an unenviable mace is much better than 2k (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

QUOTE(Cats Lover @ Jan 3 2014, 22:48) +1 Fully agreed when I use 2H. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) I want to test someday with DW that each weapon has Overpower lv.5. To know if 36% counter-parry is still uneffective or not. Heh... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Seeing that I haven't really post anything interesting for quite a while now— Here's my 2 cent about it: Overpower, no matter what level it is, will always suck shit regardless of what type of weapon and what fighting style you use *. And you know why? ... Because it was deliberately and purposefully designed to be shitty, that's why! ... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) There, I said it... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) ** Though it's not that terrible with Niten, I suppose, but still kinda shitty IMO... This post has been edited by buktore: Jan 3 2014, 19:14

i've read the wiki, what exactly will happen when the item it LV10. if i understand it correctly, will i get Hollowforged? or just a random Elemental Strike
2. should i bother forging it?
only if you're doing it yourself and if you seriously can't afford anything better. fire is one of the more useless strikes IMHO, so if i were you i'd look for a better one. for reference: ethereal=hallowed>demonic>tempestuous>everything else as a rule of thumb, don't forge or IW anything unless you plan on keeping it for a very long time(for the record, i've had the same club since level 70ish if you want to keep it though, invest in shock spikes. it'll lower enemy evade and slightly increase damage on your mace for a few turns edit: forgot to mention: ethereals get random elemental strikes. everything else becomes hollowforged(void strike + damage changes to void) This post has been edited by something: Jan 3 2014, 19:56

Lv.10 will make your mace much better, but it take a lot of grinding in IW to reach that if you're going to do it yourself. And it will cost a lot of creds to hire someone to do it for you; enough to get yourself a better mace... You get Hollowforged for any non-eth weapon (like in your case), plus the stupid renaming feature. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) QUOTE(malkatmp @ Jan 4 2014, 00:25) 2. should i bother forging it?
Do you willing to spent millions on it for a minuscule stats boost? ... If so, go ahead. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) ps. god, I'm bored...

http://ehwiki.org/wiki/SpellsQUOTE Any attack that hits for more than 45-20% of max HP will cause the player to lose exactly 45-20% of their health, with the remainder absorbed as damage to their spirit.

You get hollowforged 2.If you have done all the arena runs and have more playing time, then just do it at highest difficulty you can do, for exp and drops. The equip is meh for forging, though. Decent mace nowadays must be 3PAB, exquisite+, hallowed or ethereal prefix. And with the way mace price is dropping, soon only magnificent maces are worth the time... sorry, bust what does 3PAB mean? also, maybe i'm just looking at it wrong, but it seems like there isn't really that many magnificent maces with those prefix for sale. though, how much would a "good" mace cost? so i know how much to save up. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) You can just search the wiki for keywords, pab is primary attribute bonus. A decent Ex Eth Mace will cost you at least 200k, but it doesn't have to be Eth since maces are relatively safe.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) it doesn't NEED to be magnificent. mags usually have better average stats overall than exquisites but that doesn't mean there aren't shitty mags out there. you should focus on finding one that has high weapon damage(around the same as yours), a useful strike, and 3 PABs (if you can only find one with 2, make sure one of them is STR). as far as pricing goes, i've never paid more than 300k for an equipment, so i figure that's a good place to start. ps: PABs = those things on equips that increase your stats This post has been edited by something: Jan 3 2014, 21:03

High-end equipment prices have always been tied to how much people are willing to bid in auctions, it's really hard to put a price tag on those. Low-mid end usually is based off what other people sell them for in shops, a quick check in the WTS section will make it easy to guess the value.
A good hallowed mag mace could reach up to 500k-ish I think.

Ex+ is the bare minimum; mostly Mag+, usually Leg.
PROTIP: Price usually related to how good the equip is, so an understanding of what/why/how any particular stat made the equipment 'good' is the first step in order to get the idea of how market work and how you should price your stuff.

No idea what they cost nowadays though (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) In .77 mace got it's dexterity, agility, and accuracy buffed. So pre-.77 maces lost some value (unless they had great rolls).

Well I think this about answers what i was going to ask (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I was going to ask? Why are there tons of people wanting mace's right now? I can't even keep them in stock in the my shop. I restocked my shop full of maces just yesterday and I'm running low again (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)
