I shrined a stocking stuffer and got exquisite equip, is it the same rank with noodly?

The only reason why I didn't say anything in regard to the current states of 1H was to see how long does it take until Tenb realize what he had done to melee as a whole, and later on, how long before he'll do something about it. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

My guess would be somewhere around 6 months up to about a year and a half. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

in my experience, 1h has the worst rolls in the shrine. go with the staff if you're a gambling man, otherwise just sell it to stony

Well you can buy artifacts for ~12K each, so you need ~397*19 to drop for it to pay off, even if you include figurine drops, the number of drops required is still pretty high. (I calculate at least 2.5 years of every arena clearing every day for it to pay off). However if you are doing it for completion sake, go for it.

6078 monsters in arena/around 1 artifact per 4000ish monsters killed(no idea what his other drop trainings are, so give or take a few hundred) ~ 1.5-2 artifacts per arena run from FB to DwD

4.8mill/24k = 200 runs from FB to DwD for it to be worth it

tl;dr: he can pay it off in a little under a year assuming that snowflake doesn't hate him

Assume LV 9 of the training worth 400 artifacts.
LV8 (180%)-> LV9 (190%) increase 0.1/1.8 = 5.56% artifacts drop.
So, to pay itself off. It require 400/0.0556 + 400 = 7594 artifacts drop.
Worth it? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
