is there a faster way to deal with "End of Days+" challenges in the Arena on 2H?

i can beat "End of Days" on normal & hell difficulty, but it just take a long time (like 45mins). those 57 Legendary creature takes forever to kill.

The faster way is to switch weapon style, 2H hits multiple targets for less damage, if you are not hitting multiple (4+) targets, you just end up with a damage penalty such as when you fight battles with one mob being 10x stronger than the others (schoolgirl mobs). I also found that 1H works quite well on the lower (Sub Nintendo) difficulties, you can exclusively aim the schoolgirls and the trash mobs will die from counter attacks.

Pretty sure someone posted a bit of extra script that you can wrap around the original mousemelee script so that it stops functioning if you have <40%HP or something.

I spent two minutes trying to get it to work before I got bored and stopped, but it worked for whoever it was posted for.

I posted a fix to it somewhere in Script thread. In fact, that's what masamunemaniac probably meant.

Can someone explain to what Oak Staff and Willow Staff is good for and why they still fetch high price in auctions.

And do your elemental/divine/forbidden abilities scale with their respective proficiencies? If not, magic proficiencies look pretty useless to me. Can someone correct me on that/

Oak and Willow have higher EDB for holy/dark prefixed staffs.
Oak and Willow have counter-resist that can be further upgraded by Penetrator potency. In PFUDOR, resist is a bitch unless you have some kind of anti-resist. Which magic proficiencies help reduce resist, so it's not useless.

same as parry , I don't bothering with them anymore now and I think is very rarely now to trigger 5+ parry again mobs (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

So, what sort of equipment is worth selling over the forums? I've seen a bunch of people selling seemingly random pieces of equipment for like 5-100k at Superior or worse quality. Are there certain suffixes/prefixes/PABS/whatever that I should be keeping rather than trashing?

It's a tough call...

For me, I don't consider something worth selling unless it's worth having... so that means that Leather items need 4 PABs, Plate items need 3 PABs... Power items are generally good to sell, same with Shade. Don't know about cloth.

Weapons... Ethereal, Slaughter & Hallowed are popular. Two PABs preferred, unless the weapon is really strong otherwise. A high proc % (20%+) for Stun/Bleed/Penatrate/etc. is good, especially if they've got 3-4 rounds.

Just my opinion, mind you.

Check the recent auctions. You will understand (somewhat) how people price stuff.

not sure if the extra wisdom/int is enough to make up for the lost resist though. i'm sticking with the old arcanist until someone proves that it's obsolete

New Arcanist also gives more SP and MP and some MMI, I guess...

But I liked the old Arcanist more.
