Because it have close to axe state with extra parry. It would be perfect for low level player (250-) to clear everything on PF using 1H with a good shield. And of course, it require a full set of power armor to make it kill fast.

You can get an Axe with that sort of damage at Superior quality (probably even less) thou which is like a 5k vs almost 1.7M difference? Admittedly, its accuracy bonus and parry chance are both something you can't get on axes but that still seems like a lot for those additional bonuses...

At my current Level, I can clear IWBTH T&T in around 25 minutes being DW-Light.
Is it okay for my level?
And what are you people's clear time? And in which play style?
I want to know how fast/slow my time is.

You see, I've been an Elemental Mage for quite some time. But even now, I can't clear T&T Even in BT as an Elemental Mage. I've tried every Elemental style, Fire, Cold, Wind, Elec. But no luck with IWBTH/BT T&T. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
How do you clear it? Any tips?

you have to ask someone who's your level range as of this patch. you can't ask most of the 300+ crowd since they were iwbth t&ting back when maces were OP, or even scythes. Patches change the dynamics too much for us to gauge versus past clear times.

blame your internet. You actually can do anything with a good weapon + full plate/leather, the internet makes the difference between 2 hours and 20mins.

Yep, I'm blaming mine... clearing T&T IWBH in 1.5h with DW+plate (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) . Nowadays I'm doing it on hard with full power and it still takes freaking 45 mins (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Europe here with ~170ms, hardware is pretty important too, I can cut 20 minutes on DwD just by switching from laptop to pc.

I'm using mobile broadband, not landline. Downloading speed is sort of okay for video streaming and torrent. It's the ping that's the problem :/
