QUOTE(Colman @ Nov 30 2013, 16:15) Since monsters could have anti-evade up to 20%, you need evade of 50%+ to find it useful. BTW, pure evade build is very expensive because you need to have a full set of shade (assume you are light melee) with weapon of 0 burden. Mix of leather & shade is bad because the burden from leather reduce the evade from shade by a large proportion.
That is just the bonus from precision upgrade, that's still the monster's DEX and i thnk the precision upgrade is added multiplicatively, like hit chance * 120% This post has been edited by LOL50015: Nov 30 2013, 10:33

I shrined over 700 trophies(at the same time) and about 50 noodles over a period.
I got nothing good from it all. Skip shrining this patch.

Monsters' DEX have no effect on the accuracy IIRC. As least Tenboro said so a year ago.Evade/accuracy's hard to measure though, so it really relies on him to tell us how that works.

Oh, then it's wrong info about monster's DEX on the wiki. http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Monster_StatsBTW I recorded evasion chance against monsters of IWBTH when my lvl is about 332 on Sept 14. My evasion is 0% for I'm wearing heavy. I used Shadow Veil and Scroll of Shadows for each test. The test defense stat - Block 51.4%, Parry 38.3% Expected Result - without Shadow Veil 1 - (1 - 0.5140) * (1 - 0.3830) = 0.7001 = 70.01%, so expected hits 29.99% - with Shadow Veil 1 - (1 - 0.2500) * (1 - 0.5140) * (1 - 0.3830) = 0.7751 = 77.51%, so expected hits 22.49% Result - without Shadow Veil (0% evasion) Hits taken: 141/460 (30.65%) Evaded: 0/460 (0.00%), Blocked: 231/460 (50.22%), Parried: 85/460 (18.48%) - with Shadow Veil (25% evasion) Hits taken: 111/500 (22.20%) Evaded: 113/500 (22.60%), Blocked: 191/500 (38.20%), Parried: 92/500 (18.40%) - with Scroll of Shadows (30% evasion) Hits taken: 96/390 (24.62%) Evaded: 96/390 (24.62%), Blocked: 142/390 (36.41%), Parried: 55/390 (14.10%) This post has been edited by Cats Lover: Nov 30 2013, 14:13

Edited.
What we need is data against a specific monster, cause we need to determine the effect of different factors in the formula. And we don't know if the monsters have the 80% base accuracy or something else.

I do not keep track the data. My feeling is around 1 artifact per 200 rounds GF

Me, too. I usually get 3-7 artifacts after clearing GF. And today, I've got 15 artifacts and 1 figure through 3 hellfest runs. (archaeologist 5/10) This post has been edited by Cats Lover: Nov 30 2013, 16:04

Mine's 283.70 per 1, Archeology 5/10. Would Quartermaster or Scavenger also affect drop rates for artifacts?

3 Hell GF run in the same day (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) You will be a robot soon. BTW, are you using full power slaughter + force shield?

QUOTE(erwtsnert @ Nov 29 2013, 10:08) PFUDOR when above 80+ stamina, then switch to hell or normal depending on your speed. I find that hell has the best credits/time spent ratio.
Why pfudor over 80? I am not interested in experience, only credits. QUOTE(m118w11 @ Nov 29 2013, 19:08) For earning credits, you want to complete all the arenas on any difficulty, so I would recommend finding a difficulty where you can put as little effort in and finish all of them (it might be normal if you don't have much time each day), then scale up the difficulty to where you can finish all of them still (or most).
I suppose my main question is how much time should I be putting to clear the arenas? I could do normal really fast but I feel like I am missing out on a ton of credits verses the other difficulties. I have a feeling I can do them in nintendo without spending too much time, but I am wondering if there is an optimal time to aim for. I haven't tested any, but to me it SEEMS like I battletoads is the optimal difficulty.

PHUDOR over 80 is because of experience, so if you don't care, its not important. The main thing is try to find a level where you don't burn yourself out. For me, I mainly play BT as it is the hardest difficulty where I can play with minimal effort (harder and I need to pay attention with healing, spirit points). In terms of earning credits, obviously you earn more if you play on higher difficulties, and anyone with decent gear can clear the high difficulties using all the tricks (such as using debuffs, focus to regen mana, spirit toggling on spells to save mana... etc.) but most people won't be able to consistently do this every day, and if you miss a day on IWBTH, you might as well have played 2 days on Nintendo where you save time and earn much more credits, not to mention the much, much easier time you have.

So I just hit the level 100 milestone. Is there anything I should be taking into consideration now?
