QUOTE(zen_zen @ Nov 23 2013, 05:54) Going into debt to enhance your ability was your choice because you were confident that you can pay it off. I don't have that luxury, because of my slow connection I can be playing for hours but only finish 1 run of IW or Marathon 1 or 2. It wouldn't be fair to the debtor to drag on the debt interminably. You are so right that living in EU or Asia is a perk, as far as electronic media goes. My connection is slow but it never bothered me in most situation, only in HV is it a problem. I am pretty close to Lv300 now, at the least I want to clear DwD in IWBTH but it doesn't seem much of an achievement since cruelsion says he can do it bare-naked. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Sorry Zen zen I forgot about u yesterday and im trying to advice you now at 6 30 am (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif). You just focus all day and silence the SGs and spirit theft (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Just as oversoul said (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Edit. I never said I can clear pfudor dwd naked I still need my shield and plates:p This post has been edited by cruelsion: Nov 23 2013, 02:24

Not really. LotD increase the average quality of the poor drop. Lucky is what essential for the top gear drop. This post has been edited by Colman: Nov 23 2013, 03:49

So that's why the quality of my drop isn't good enough for auction. Thanks. That will be my first priority then. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Even if you max LotD, you still won't be getting items good enough for auction left and right; especially if you struggle playing on PFUDOR or are unable to do long Grindfests. It could be months before you find anything worth selling that would return a significant amount. I think you should get the loot trainings to 60~70% completion and park them there until you're ready to spend a lot more credits to finish them off, which could be sooner than later, but that's up to you. Below level 300 you still have many facets of your character that could be improved significantly--other trainings, hath perks, better equipment, initial forging, and so on. Even after level 300, there are still a lot of things to improve. The 1800k that will you would spend maxing LotD would go a long way to crossing some of those things off the list.

QUOTE(wastedman @ Nov 22 2013, 23:57) Would you mind to explain a bit more about maxing LotD as it needs 18m to reach the max, meaning I pretty much have to stop other consumption. Thanks. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) It depends on the dice god (or goddess), aka snowflake, random number generator, the will of Tenb, or whatever it is called (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) If you're lucky, you'll get good mag one on DwD clear bonus with LotD 25/25. If you're extremely lucky, you'll get good legendary on T&T clear bonus with just LotD 10/25. But in the most cases we get sup or exq stuff no matter how much LotD we have... That's not what a tier means.

http://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment#TierQUOTE Tier Equipment tier drops are affected by difficulty setting and determines the equipments' rarity and bazaar value. There is one 'common' tier and one 'rare' tier.
Wakizashi, Katana, Katalox, Force, Phase, Shade, Power are rare, and all of the remainings are common. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

N125, you are a mage too. So what did you do to be able to switch from playing IWBTH to PFUDOR? My mana always runs out after doing all those buff/debuff every round. That's what I am looking for, not necessarily leg or even mag, just an exq with high PXP roll can make me feel satisfied for a while. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by wastedman: Nov 23 2013, 19:51

Since it increases the duration, it reduces your effort while playing so it's always worth it. Also the increased heal per turn is good.

About Selling stuff to other people - how do you know what price is adequate for what item? I've got lots of *nice* items and little credits now and would like to exchange those for each other, how do I determine sell prices?

By looking at the pricing of the more established stores in WTS, you should get a rough idea what your equipments are worth. If you price things high and no sales occur, lower your price and visa versa. If you have Exquisite or higher 1H weapons with 4pab, pm the link and your asking price.

that's why I wrote it in **, cuz I have no idea how nice they are and how mouch I could sell them for, but I got all kinds of elemental, ethereal, exquisite and one lvl10 weapon, + agile, shadowdancer, shade light armors, I thought those could be sold to people QUOTE By looking at the pricing of the more established stores in WTS some people sell everything for 10k, others ask 50-100k for such items, + what makes one item cost 10x times more than another simular item? few % in some nerdy important stat I don't know about? ;s still no idea... This. Read up on base stats and item quality on the wiki, Exquisite and up are usually sellable when they're not leather or plate of dampening/stoneskin/deflection. The most important stats to determine price from is the main stat it's supposed to give. Physical mitigation for plate and leather of protection for example. The higher the better, except for interference and burden, it especially gets a big price spike when it nears the maximum for that quality. There's a wiki page on equipment ranges you can use to determine how high the stats on your piece of equipment are for that quality tier, or you can get a script and save yourself some time. Primary attributes are also very important, most items can have 3, some older ones have 4, and really old light pieces can have 5. Ofcourse, if an item only has 1 attribute people usually don't give up their current weapon even if it's an upgrade in the other areas. Most items also have a "secondary" stat which are worthy of attention, evade for leather, Crit chance for most melee weapons etc. 50 extra attack damage bonus on a mace might not seem like much for example, but it's the difference between an upgrade and someone's current piece of equipment they want to replace, in a mostly loot-based game like Hentaiverse the few extra % are essential.

I've been playing the game for couple days, and reached level 73. I'm doing okay with the game, able to clear all current Arenas in Hell mode. My question is, what should I focus on doing for now? Obviously I want to take it to the next level, and hit a higher difficulty (Hell is not the cap of me right now, but I'm comfortably playing in it). Leveling up isn't hard right now, but how should I go around upgrading my gears to match the higher difficulty? (IMG:[ i.imgur.com] http://i.imgur.com/Vu5xEXP.png) From my nooby perspective, the character's progression is more about gears and hitting the key level to unlock certain abilities, rather than just hitting a higher level, that's why I have a few more question below: I was fortunate enough to loot 1 Ethereal weapon from Grindfest, and bought another 1 from the Bazaar. Which one should I use over those 2? (IMG:[ i.imgur.com] http://i.imgur.com/e7KHgKR.png) How viable will 2 handed characters be, at higher level? I am using Light armors as well. What suffix should I be looking for in light armors, to help me with survivability? Is shade armor an option?
