1. Niten has the skill to inflict maximum amount of PA and bleeding, so you're still going to deal tons of damage. And you also get some benefits from waki.

2. I'd say 2H, to be honest. Better defense doesn't always translate to better survivability.

3. They have almost equal speed. Some said 1H can be even faster than DW, but overall that's still not comparable to 2H.

AFAIK it's still 7.8. So people are doing IW runs on IWBTH.

You will need it for PF, there are pets around who will crit you for more than 120% of your max hp. I still remember when Raging Heart hit me for 13k when I had 8k hp on PF lol

FYI, I just one-shoted in Hell GF round 930 with 1H. The magic (void) attack is so strong that can one-shot everyone.

With a good shield, the chance of being one-shot is greatly reduced, but it still happen. With DW, it happen very often.

It will happen when your level getting higher (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) . You haven't experience that is because your level is not high enough to encounter the top magic mobs yet.
You will soon™ having those kind of experience in IW/Arena like Oversoul .

I had some pretty good Shade & Power gears a few months ago. But back then I was playing Elemental Mage. So I sold all of them to Bazzar! Now I'm regretting that! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

The staff is not that bad. Although its MDB and int are pretty low (I dunno the range of Oak staff (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )
