Any tips on what numbers I should be having to hold my own in higher difficulties? I can only do up to Hell atm.

Just have a high parry weapon in the off hand (preferably a rapier) and that will be your main defence (plus your evade). This defence will not go up with neither DW or Light prof. Instead, increasing both profs will rocket the damage you cause (as you gain attack speed, accuracy, crit and raw damage). At your level what will determine how high dificulty you can play is how quick you can eliminate the most dangerous monsters in a round (i.e. before they get a chance of using skills)

They do, by giving you counter-resist.

What about gear or staff' proficiencies? Are they counted these days? Cuz they aren't counted if you don't have enough proficiency to cast next tier spells, it's a fact.

What do you mean by 'count' for weapon/armor prof? Cause I'm talking about magic proficiency there.

1) Why doesn't the item shop sell anything other than restoratives and crystals? Is this a bug or are the other tabs redundant?

2) Does the equipment shop not sell anything more than 10k?

3) If the 1st +1% damage upgrade of a shortsword that costs 2k needs a binding of slaughter that cost a minimum bid of 5k and highest bid of 155k according to the item bot, then what is the point of forging?

1. In fact, only crystals are regularly restocked. You can still sell other things to the bazaar though so the other tabs are not redundant.

2. Equip shop is selling what people don't want these days. If you want to grab something useful, try the WTS in the forum.

3) For vampiric weapons, what is the highest siphon health chance possible?

4) Is it viable to invest in only 1 damage type (slashing) with the thought that with high enough damage, even if the monster is resistant to slashing, I can still win the fight?

5) Is there any passive buffs that doesn't require mana?

4. Assuming you are DW, a Rapier and it's Penetrating Armour Proc will become vital to your survival at higher levels of difficulty.

5. Scrolls during battle, Infusions to enchant equipment before starting a fight.

What kind of farce do you think you are pulling now? The rapier you have put up for auction has 5M credits bid on it, who knows what it will finish at. As it stands, the commission you will pay to gc00018 exceed my credit balance by more than 50% - poor my ass.
