QUOTE(Treia @ Oct 28 2013, 11:41) Well if you're looking for buyers, I'm certainly interested. Salvaging won't get back full binding value, nor will it get the intrinsic value of the equips.
offer me your price via PM (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) this high ping is bothering me alot (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) This post has been edited by nobody_xxx: Oct 28 2013, 07:16

QUOTE(nobody_xxx @ Oct 28 2013, 11:44) yeah (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Too bad my exq heimdall set + leg oak of heimdall staff already been sold (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Not only it is highly competitive and expensive, you also need a lot of time to train divine prof for 3 tier spells. Also for your level, leg phase is not an option, it's a must and you probably cannot do the highest difficulty for a while. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

A mage suit composed of exquisites and magnificents is probably sufficient to do arenas on IWBTH/PFUDOR. You shouldn't even need to forge your gear for them; not heavily, at least.
If ping to HV has become an issue lately, then before doing anything drastic, just take it easy and wait, and hope that it improves.

QUOTE(etothex @ Oct 28 2013, 00:37) yes mines at 6. although i have been getting so many goddam last elixirs this week, 2-3 a day from shrining. only melee weapons see a marketable increase. even though a good # of cap/jug on armor would seem desirable, they haven't really been going for much more (unless it's +5 cap and +5 jug).
But the Wiki says LOTD does not affect Shrining results. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Is that info there outdated? And what about the quality of the "Items"?

Really? I always used to get fucked in an all exquisite/mag mage set on IWBTH. My prof was really really low though. Too bad I don't have enough ability points to try out mage right now.

Can you elaborate more about that, is it all mag and one exq at most, with high PXP base clothes and staff with all possible PAB? What were you wearing and using the first time you finished IWBTH arenas? Elements or holy? Spells tier? main prof needed? Thanks for providing me with directions. It seems both of my holy and dark exq set cannot survive in Iwbth arena. I haven't try PFUDRO yet. FYI, my prof is around 300.

Meaning high prof is good, but not enough for IWBTH. Those clothes and sticks are. This post has been edited by wastedman: Oct 28 2013, 09:48

How long ago was that? Because here is the thing: Contrary to common belief, 0.76 made HV a lot easier for mages once Tenboro ironed a few things out. At least as far as arenas are concerned; Grindfest is a different game that I haven't bothered taking seriously yet. Before that patch, wearing full legendary gear, I struggled to do arenas on IWBTH, so I stuck to BT. You really needed to be invested in forging to not have a tedious time with them. I suppose being elemental was also disadvantageous. Monsters had more health, they did more damage, they could be agitated, and you only had single-target Imperil. Resistance profiles for elemental damage types were also a lot meaner. I think mage PMI was also lower because back then Strength played into it instead of Agility. 0.76 did away with all of that. When the patch hit, BT was so easy that I tried IWBTH and found it to be on par, if not easier, than BT was before the patch. Just now I put on an mix of exquisite and magnificent freyr equipment arbitrarily selected from my inventory, and noticed that most of my stats didn't decrease significantly enough to make me believe that legendary equipment is a hard prerequisite for IWBTH/PFUDOR arenas. My Magic Damage and EDB took the largest hits, but that's because I've focused on forging those stats the most. Fortunately, it shouldn't be too costly to get the good early MDM and EDB forges on a staff out of the way; no rare bindings like phazon to deal with. Likewise, I wish I could try out DW and two-handed, but ability points are so limiting... This post has been edited by n125: Oct 28 2013, 11:07

QUOTE(cruelsion @ Oct 28 2013, 12:46) thx that was helpful (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I got to know interesting ones too (if not useful)... one of them being 10B stands for Tenboro (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Well, that took some time, I knew it at level 100 (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) PS: On my way to deliver my statement of getting lvl 300 in 2 weeks This post has been edited by Oversoul: Oct 28 2013, 13:51

Is there a "cooldown" for MM equip attachability? Etothex let me borrowed this axe yesterday and now that I'm done testing it, I want to send it back to him but I can't. The axe just doesn't show up in the "Attach equip" menu... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) This post has been edited by Kagoromo: Oct 28 2013, 14:22

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) It has to be unequipped and unlocked.

Ahhh d'oh! It's true that I haven't unequipped it yet, even though I remembered to unlock it before hand. Thanks! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)

Great stamina affects only exp +100% bonus now. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I think that feeling weaker may be just your imagination. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
