Thanks, Clarkiest... I've been reading that for tips. I'm just wondering a few things beyond that page.

I seem to be doing much better lately, but I do wonder... Is it best to wear less plate armor because of the burden thing? I've got plate in every slot, as my post in the previous page shows. What do you other plate wearing two-handers do? Wear only a breastplate, and legs, and a helmet maybe? Or do you wear full suits?

Also, just wondering how people can make it into the forties and fifties of combat rounds.

All of the stuff on that advice page is gold, of course... I might have to pick up a crude two-handed weapon and piece of plate to level my skills with in the item world for those items, like it says there.

And wondering about training. What are your thoughts, folks, on a newer person saving up for the "Assimilator" training? It's expensive, but It seems to me that getting it as soon as possible is a good idea (At least one level of it, it's really expensive as I'm sure you all know).

True. I've been able to always win IWBTH hourlies since lvl120 or so. Let us check your stat and equipments. Tell us your playing tactics, like what buff you first cast and stuffs.

Now that I've seen your quips, I got to say they're good. They're way too good!! (Give me some of it!!) Your stat must be colorful with those.

Also, you don't play PFUDOR on arena with shades at your level. It won't give you enough defence just yet.

Haste, Protection, Shadow Veil, Regen, Heartseeker, SoL, Mana Pot with Cures in between, rest spent on attacks. Don't think I'm doing anything wrong here.

Always wear a full suit of the same type, you'll need it. Later on you can mix plate with power to kill faster. Featherweight shards can be used to reduce burden by 1/2 or 7, whichever's higher. Plate's good for 2H for the biggest part.

Just leveling, unlocking abilities and getting better gear will allow you to clear all arena challenges and go far in Grindfest.

Assimiliator isn't a big at your level really. I'd say invest into pack rat.

Edit: In regards to your second post. As I said, even with Haste, Protection, Shadow Veil, Regen on, I get 1 hit. And I can only use SoL 2 times, there's also a chance that I might get killed when my Cure is on CD. So really, there are a lot of factors that makes it nearly impossible for me at the moment.

Well, problem probably lies with my survivability rather than weapons, no idea how I die so fast and using full Protection set is like trading 10% eva for 10% PMit, so it really shouln't change that much.

You don't mix heavy with lights. If you choose to wear heavies, go with it a whole. You can mix plates and powers of course, but powers is a bit early for you, its defence is not so good without having large enough endurance. As a rule, heavies provide best protection in form of PMI (physical mitigation). PMI play large part on lower level's defense, they're the best answer for survivability for now. If you have trouble surviving with full plates of protections, that only mean you played difficulties not meant for you.

For burden, you just got to deal with it. It slow you down a bit, but no monster is fast enough to hit you twice in a single turn. Well, no monster yet. You don't forget to cast buffs, do you? Protection and regen is enough, I think. Later on, you will depend on haste and veil, but not just yet.

I was told Item world is not for me before lvl 250. I did item world anyway, but I can only survive in Hell. At Nintendo, I died at some round after 100. Also, you don't play grindfest if your aim is credit. Grindfest is for crystal, and maybe quick leveling tactic. Stick with arena for its credit. And if you have a time, get yourself beaten at grindfest.

I don't have a single level of assimilator. I used to be able to jump two level in just a single IWBTH hourly, now I need 20 PFUDOR hourlies to raise a level. Leveling get harder once you hit 225. And it is said it become harder still. Don't worry about proficiency just yet. It will caught up. Besides, proficiency under 200 only offers meager bonus.

I haven't been mixing armors at all, what I meant was, should I leave a slot or two open with nothing worn in it, to reduce the burden? But yeah, I've read that you shouldn't mix the armor types and things.

About the proficiencies, hmm. Maybe I should just keep playing and let them go up naturally, as you say. I suppose I'm just excited! haha.

Well, about buffs, All I really have at this time is Protection, Haste, Regen etc. I use them, but I don't keep them up all the time because of mana cost. Should I just keep those up all the time regardless? I mean, I do buff... But usually when I think I need them. I usually save my mana for cures.

I don't cast Heartseeker before Regen, its long cast time render me vulnerable to multiple attacts. I rarely cast Spirit shield since it's still useless at my level.

Your shadowdancer is awesome at a glance, but I'm not sure about its PMI. High enough? You'll need over 50% PMI stat about now.

It's a problem indeed, but after few levels it's not that big of a problem. Buy pack-rat, that's the most useful training you can have. Buy it at least until level 4. I don't, and will not train over level 5.

I have 4 lol accounts btw and I had a diamond one "Get Dough" but didnt play for half a year it got drop to plat due to the ping from here.

when i go back to korea I might reactivate it since it's better ping there (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

For my current main account, Aussies are just full of retards making it such that below plat is impossible to carry alone... classic ELO HELL

It's 51%, doesn't seem to be enough. Have 6.5k hp, they seem to hit 4.5k every 2 turns.

Best I can do is Battletoads Random Encounters, currently using Mace/SD Light for that. On Pfudor, I get 1 hit. Or am I just doing it wrong?

Edit: I think my gears are fine, almost everything SD max ADB. Not sure if i should go for Protection gears though.

Isn't Spirit Shield unlocked after lv 200 (and Full cure?)?This will block damages over 50% of your HP so you won't get one shot.

I'm full AP with not much defense but still can clear 95% of the random encounters even against the maximum amount of mobs.My only rule is to start with Spirit Shield then stay alive until all my BUFFS (not using anything like silence or sleep, never need them anywhere) are up.To counter the mana issue and cure/full cure regen I can throw up to 4/5 health potions while doing it, using my mana wisely and waiting for a channelling spirit to pop up for heartseeker at last since it uses too much mana.You might have to use an heroic Spirit pot at the beginning sometimes.

Within a month. I'm one of 'those' guys who don't believe in elo hell. Really, if you're good enough, you can carry most games even when playing 4v5. I mean, you can dominate your lane within 10 minutes, snowball your lane advantage to another lane, then proceed to win the game. It's like that in most low elo game. Win lane, roam, win game.

Just got raped by Phudor Randoms again. Looks pretty much impossible to me. T_T
