Triple Trio, how is the arena clear bonus on PFUDOR?

Is it worth grinding at Triple Trio, or is it just better to counsel with flying sphagetti monster?
For a reference on quality, I have only luck of the draw lv10.
I believe other training does not affect clear bonus quality.

Also does anyone know roughly/estimate the token % drop rate for each arena challenge?

Token drops i think are 0.2%, i'm not entirely sure though.

Arena Token Clear Bonus, not sure either, probably 10% for arena's below T&T.
Or maybe it scales up higher arena by rounds up to 100% for T&T.

T&T and above always drops a token.



EDIT : RoB used to be a guaranteed token drop but not anymore, really annoying when i tried farming Konata for chaos tokens and i didn't get shit.

Today I tried to do hellfest with 1H Heavy + FUS RO DAH, and gave up at 979 round.
If I had just 1 more potion, I could get clear bonus 5000 credits... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

And I got 9,218 crystals total with Crystarium I (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

BTW, how can a lvl 353 "common" melee user, like me, clear PFUDORfest (without FUS RO DAH)? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
Is 90% PMI required?

I though my full leather of protection is slow, yours is even slower (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) .
Btw, I cannot reach 600+ round in hellfest.
