I mainly bought mine because it's pretty much the only four PAB ethereal with max proc I had ever seen at that point, but I'd kill for a 64 base damage legendary (like that Tempestuous one but ethereal). Damage is much more important than strength because it scales faster and has greater benefits from forging. But it is hard enough to find a four PAB ethereal with over 20% proc and decent damage. HAHA. I actually MAXed it out for fun. You don't see flimsy very much (if at all). It is actually owned by freakerup and I just sent it back to him. I'm sure he is open to selling it to any collectors interested in owning it. I just wanted the experience and drops from running it through IW.

It wasn't put in the patch notes but I'm pretty sure it was removed for .77 (being that people were still getting 4 PAB weapons right before the patch hit).

@Klauser57: Something like stamina, rest assured, is completely server-side.
@kirua40: It decreases the blood tokens in arena token bonus, but overall...I think that even just doing the arenas up to trio will still result in overall blood token increase with token I.

72 isn't too bad if on IWBTH, on Hard it's too high. Did you use holy/dark infusions? That can really speed things up.
