I'm planning to switch from the former to the latter (and upgrade it with the former's bindings), but I'm a bit worried about the loss of Dexterity. Will it harm me?

I do not think there is much different between the two weapon.
Also, I do not think you should waste the bindings on these two weapon.

I have another question now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

After waiting almost a year I've decided to run item world on my crappy trol leg gauntlet and level it to 10 if I can.

1. I'm willing to use amnesia shards to reset its potency to get at what I want (5 juggernaut and 5 capacitor). Is this possible to get if I keep resetting the potencies and level the equip up again and again?

2. "All potencies give roughly 2% per player level per potency level except for mitigation potencies which give 4 base points." -from wiki under item world. Does this mean if I level up my above equipment later when I'm level 400 (just as an example, I know I would never get this far (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) ) rather than now at level 283, I would get more HP benefit from each Juggernaut level I acquire from leveling up the gear?

3. Is it possible to defeat PFUDOR difficulty item world on above gear at my level? I'll be using the following set to run such battle.

no offense to you but I don't use equips without ethereal prefix on my major gear sets (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I would only store such equips you got and use it for grinding proficiency (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (hence my dual-handed set)

Try to trade the club for ethereal 2-handed, or if you insist find a good rapier and try dual hand with your club since a club and a shield doesnt really go together quite well

My advice can be a bit biased since I'm one-handed user since 2 months ago but trust me it's the best fighting style ever in melee (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

P.S. dont forget to mend your abilities on each equipment sets (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nope, jug is 2% per level for everybody. It does not scale. Jug 5 will give 10%.

Juggernaut Lv1. gives you +2% base health bonus.
For example, if you have already +90% base health bonus and you get Juggernaut Lv3, your base health will be +96%.

Eh, you'll see a decrease in clear time and the same or better survivability. Why? Simply because it's DW and you can only hit one target at a time. As Nobody said, you'll need a rapier to make it worthwhile, the Penetrated Armor, parry and off-hand strike are better than bleed and low accuracy you'd get with an axe.

I'd recommend selling or auctioning the club and buying either better armor or katana (Even though I know you're mainly trying to rely on yourself), since you plan on staying with Niten. Better armor will never hurt, katana could be a lost investment if you later on decide to switch. There are a number of options when it comes to auctioning, you could either auction it off on yourself, or give it to one of the people who host the weekly auctions. They'll take 10% of the final price but you won't have to update it yourself (and might get more attention aswell, but since this is a legendary club that's not a problem)

Yeah I tried some DW but I'm not happy at all with the clear time and this won't do as I'm still in XP mode for a long time.Well, soon I'll have to DW to work on my DW proficiencies for my future Niten but it's a waste.

I'm not so sure about selling myself as I will only have this weapon to sell so my topic would be garbage.But I don't think I was that lucky since it's only a 1h weap with no void damages.
The best would be to trade it directly for a Katana or Armors but people might try to scam me since I'm not so sure what's good and what isn't.

A pretty similiar Legendary Club of slaughter went for 250k a month or so ago in one of gc's auctions
Clubs and maces have become somewhat more popular since patch 0.77. I'd say 250k is guaranteed, might go up to the 500k+ region in case of a bidding war, but since it doesn't have Endurance it won't get much more than that.
